attitude so that they can perform their job in a safely manner. Its is also necessary to establish

procedures to identify training needs and provide adequate safety training to all levels. Records
of training should also be documented and maintained at all times.

 In- house safety rules and regulations – it needs to be established and enforced to ensure
all working personnel know their roles and responsibilities in safety that they need to comply
e.g. proper use of PPE, operation and maintenance of machinery and equipment, proper
handling and storage of hazardous materials and reporting of hazards and incident.
 Incident investigation and analysis – it is to establish the cause of incidents and to
prevent recurrence of the incidents. Procedures to identify, record, investigate and analyse
incidents should be established and maintained so that corrective actions can be
implemented to prevent recurrence of incidents.
