The World Bank Group, International Monetary Fund, and Lazard working under the authority of the
Savoys, Gaetanis, Nassau-Weilbergs, Orleans, Bourbon-Hardenbergs, and Torlonias finance human
trafficking rings globally to renew their power and evil. Lazard is an asset management firm
established in the United States which started out in the dry goods market and then went into banking
and finance. The first President of the World Bank was Eugene Meyer and he worked for Lazard.
Lazard was established by the Lazard brothers and was later expanded by their cousins the Weill
family of France. The investment banker Michel David-Weill was born in Paris and was former
chairman of Lazard and is a Knight of the Legion of Honour. Kenneth Jacobs is the current CEO of
Lazard. Lazard has some authority over the World Bank. The name Lazard derives from the name
Lazarus which derives from the name Eleazer. Lazarus refers to rebirth and the story of Jesus raising
Lazarus from the dead. The old Sermoneta family of Lazio used a phoenix reborn out of fire on their
coat of arms and the Gaetani family of Rome inherited their titles of Dukes of Sermonetta. The
Gaetanis have some authority over Lazard. Latium was renamed Lazio in reference to Lazarus and to
symbolize the rebirth of the Roman Empire. Eliezer Ben Joseph is a high level Knight Commander of
Saint Lazarus in the United States and he is an extremely evil warlock. The House of Savoy run the
Order of Saints Maurice and Lazarus and there is also a French based charitable Order of St.
Lazarus Paris-Malta division with Don Carlos Gereda de Borbon as the Grandmaster and he serves
the Vatican as well as being a Knight of Malta. The World Bank Group claims that its goal is to end
poverty and share wealth through loans similar to the idea of a charitable organization like the Order
of St. Lazarus. JP Morgan was a Knight of the Savoy's Order of Saints Maurice and Lazarus and was
a major factor in establishing the modern banking era. JP Morgan also died in Lazio, Rome in Italy.
The Savoys are an authority over JP Morgan and Lazard with Prince Vittorio and his son Prince
Emanuele Filiberto as the Grand Master and Chairman and Prince Emanuele Filiberto has a
residence in France. Duke Francisco of Bourbon-Hardenberg, Count Jan Dobrzensky, and Prince
Sixtus of Bourbon-Parma are Grand Masters of their Order of Saint Lazarus orders which serve the
Sovereign Military Order of Malta. Richard Comyns of Ludston is the Grand Master of the Supreme
Grand Prior of the Orders of Saint Lazarus based in Scotland with Grand Chancellor Massimo J Ellul
of Malta. Eugene R. Black Sr. and John McCloy were presidents of the World Bank Group and also
worked for JPMorgan Chase's subsidiary Chase Manhattan Bank. Another World Bank president
Lewis Thompson Preston was CEO of JP Morgan. BNP Paribas, Citigroup, Goldman Sachs and JP
Morgan are working with the World Bank and managing their global bonds.

John J. McCloy was the second president of the World Bank Group and also Allied High
Commissioner of Nazi Germany and had granted clemency to many Nazi war criminals. John McCloy
was also Chairman for the CFR, Chairman for Chase Manhattan Bank, and Trustee of the
Rockefeller Foundation as well as an adviser for various US presidents. As an adviser John McCloy
is considered to be the one responsible for Executive Order 9066 and the US internment camps for
Japanese-American citizens. John McCloy was also Chairman of the Ford Foundation and Henry
Ford was a well know supporter of the Nazis. The ones running the global banking system are the
ones who need to be rounded up and executed along with their bosses in the royalty and nobility as
well as the human traffickers they finance and their customers which includes gang stalkers.
International banking groups like the World Bank, Bank for International Settlements, International
Monetary Fund or IMF, European Bank for Reconstruction and Development and several others are
used for funding globalization, imperialism, and destabilization under the disguise of seeking the
betterment of nations. Many of these banks are tied in with the United Nations. They give out loans to
governments and corporations which then impose policies established by the World Bank or United
Nations. The royal family of Luxembourg with Hereditary Grand Duke Guillaume and his uncle Prince
Guillaume have annual meetings with the World Bank and IMF. Prince Guillaume has worked for the
IMF and World Bank. These global banking institutions have been heavily criticized for undermining
governments and democracy. The policies imposed involve education, health, regulations and are
covertly involved in making bribes and pay offs to enable human trafficking through destabilization
and increasing poverty. A nation is healthy when there are small businesses and entrepreneurs
everywhere but not when mega corporations dominate markets. The global banking groups do not
finance small businesses. When a nation or corporation is given a loan by an international bank the
public officials often get pay increases. Their goal is to destabilize nations under the disguise of
helping "impoverished" nations while enabling organized crime, human trafficking and imposing
communism for more control. Shutting down the World Bank and these other global finance firms
would put an end to a lot of corruption. The Knight of Lazarus Eliezer Ben Joseph is the Commander of
The Commanderies for the United States Knights of Lazarus and he is most evil member of this entire group.
The imposter in Neath Port Talbot who falsely calls himself "Zeus Ombrios" is their modern day Lazarus.
