Network settings

To enable the user to activate the functions of the SDM the network settings must be modified.
The user needs to have administrator privilege for the PC.
Windows 10

• Click on Windows symbol with right mouse key.

• Click on „Run“.

• Enter „ncpa.cpl“, acknowledge by

clicking the „OK“ key.

Getinge Portal is integrated in Getinge AD (user directory).
"Service Code" application: see SDM instructions for the
respective products.

Password rule: Min. 4, max.10 characters

Creating a Service-Codes and an One Time Codes

Username – is provided by the system

(may be changed by the user)

IP-Address of the OR table / system

(usually 1.1.20.1 or 192.168.80.1)

Password (min. 4 max 10 characters)

Repeat the Password

Selection possibility for „Service Code“ or „One time code“

Enter period of validity or expiry date

(max. 1 year)

Generate the code

Creating a Service-Codes and an One Time Codes

With cursor and left mouse button, or with 3x click, mark the code completely and
copy it with CTRL + C to the clipboard.

Note:
Click on the copy button
unfortunately does not work

Our recommendation: - always generate several codes e.g.

- 3 service codes
- 5 one time codes
- each (3/5 codes) for both IP addresses (1.1.20.1 and 192.168.80.1)
- Save codes with expiration date as well as username and password in different documents,
e.g. Word or Outlook

Download of new Software
The link to the latest software version for OR Tables is stored at extranet.getinge.com.
The link is as follows:

For users in the Getinge Network or VPN

For external users: User and Password will be changed in Getinge Portal at regular intervals. Changes will also be notified via Service
Newsletter. Newsletter / Service Bulletin are stored in Getingeonline / SIS (https://getingeonline.com). The structure is self-explanatory.
