Before, my job was as a production supervisor for a company dedicated to digital

printing of electronic docuemnts, such as electricity bills, internet bills, gas bills,

and wáter bills. The responsibility was very strong; if it hadn`t been so, i wolud

never have been a leader, this sterngth helped me to have more characyer with

150 people and 5 coordinators under my command. If i didn`t hold daily meetings

with my team, I wouldn`t have success in delivering the finished producto. If we

worked hard in 12 hour shifts, we managed to have days in our favor to take them

as breaks. I worked for this company for 7 years.

If i hadn´t studied systems engineering, I would be working in graphic arts plants.

This career allowed me to enter a world of technology that I didn`t know. This has

allowed me to study virtually and autonomously. The change was fundamental, if i

hadn´t updated myself on what in the markdet at that time, I couldn`t compete in

job interviews. I could have had beter job opportunities if i had been more

disciplined in my life.
The salary isn`t the best, so I looked for another alternative to increase my

economic income and knowledge. If i learned to develop software, I colud have a

better salary. I found the opportunity to enroll in the sena in software análisis and

development. I`m passionate about software development, programmable logic. If i

spoke english, the growth opportunities would be greater; I could go to work in

another country. I continue to study hard to acquire knowledge in programs like

HTMLS, CSS, and JavaScript, The goal I wish to achieve is to be able to work in

web development, offering these services independently, and to increase my

economic income.

Studying this career at SENA, I have had to make many sacrifices on weekends to

fulfill the activities and stay up to date on each of them. If I dont`n study, I don`t

learn, I don´t progress, and this career implies being updated
