Fire Alarm System Preventive maintenance engineer

Job Description Summary
The electrical engineer performs schedule maintenance and preventive repairs and fire alarm system, such
as sensors, strobes, siren, control board sprinkler, etc. training and guided will be given to the engineer or
the tasks to prepared on regulations, instruction documents will be given to read and Work on to be
prepared for the preventive maintenance.
RESPONSIBILITIES

 Read all standardization documents and abide by them.

 Schedule preventive maintenance works and tests as per instruction given.
 Learn quickly and maintain free of error alarm system and sprinkler at all times
 Check and test devices as per schedule and write reports.
 Provide preventive maintenance where fault is found.
 To inspect, repair, replace, adjust, install, wire and maintain fire alarm system.
 Tracks, analyzes and improves key maintenance parameters; such as asset utilization maintenance
cost, PM compliance schedule compliance, downtime etc.
 Maintain environmental and safety compliance per guidance document given to the engineer.

PREFERRED SKIL
 Familiarity with electrical system and and electric installations.
 Quick learn skill
 Maintain schedule of work
REQUIREMENTS
 Bachelor’s degree preferred in Electrical Engineering or Electronics
 Preferred experience in troubleshooting, monitoring, and general maintenance and repair
 A cumulative average at least 3.2 requered.
 No experience required.
