4. Financial Performance (Balance sheet & Profit & Loss A/c with separate tables for figures of profit, liability and assets with percentage change as compared to previous year for last three years and reasons for change)
5. About Product (with Images, Product life cycle, Market Share, Exports,

Imports and 03 years sales figure with percentage change as compared to previous year and reasons for change) 6. Human Resource (Total Staff at different Levels of Management, Organization Structure with Board of Directors, CEO & MDs, Types of Manpower required skilled or unskilled, professional or technical and for what positions)
7. Scope for MBAs(Requirement of MBAs, at what position, of which

specialization and expected work they will have to do) 8. SWOT Analysis 9. Conclusion 10.Suggestion
