Procedure for rectifying the application returned for corrections
The Status of Licence can be tracked from the ‘Menu-‘View Status of
application’ – Track Applicant Status and clicking ‘Get Data’.

Application applied and under the process will show either Initiated or
under process or Delivered/Approved.
By Clicking approved you will be be able to download the approved
licence.
In case the Status shows ‘ Waiting for Applicants Response’ it means
the application have been returned for corrections or want of requiste
enclosures. Please click it.

The reasons of return can be accessed by clicking the ‘View ‘option in the remarks
column. After that please press ‘Click Here’ to open the already submitted
application to correct the mistakes and attach any additions to the enclosures.
After correcting the form and attaching required annexure you will finally submit
and get a acknowledgement.
Please check from the ‘Menu-‘View Status of application’ – Track Applicant Status
and clicking ‘Get Data’ that the status of Application is ‘Initiated’ meaning it has
been sent to the Department for processing.
