ABSTRACT

This project aims to develop a real-time recruitment software

solution tailored for corporate use. It includes modules for user
authentication (login/signup), streamlined job posting, efficient job
application management, intelligent resume segregation, robust Boolean
search, and dynamic job categorization based on salary, location, role,
and experience. The software enhances recruiter productivity by
providing secure access, simplifying job posting, and facilitating seamless
candidate management. Advanced algorithms power resume segregation
and Boolean search, enabling precise candidate matching.

Dynamic job categorization allows recruiters to filter listings

effectively. Integration of email services ensures timely communication
with candidates, improving the overall recruitment experience. This
comprehensive solution aims to optimize talent acquisition processes,
enhance recruiter efficiency, and ultimately revolutionize the way
