Security
User Account Protection
Our robust password protection allows a combination of alpha-numeric & special
characters passwords & it prohibits unauthorized external access into the system. We
store passwords in encrypted format to ensure confidentiality & security. In case a user
forgets their password, the system will send them a verification mail to their registered
ID to ensure only valid users may access the system

Data Integrity
Our system is developed on 3 Tier architecture & has procedures to protect your
database from malicious attacks such as SQL Injections. Our strong architecture
ensures your valuable data is never accidentally altered or lost & maintains its
integrity.

Log Pad
Our system has a special log that is associated with each action & activity taking place
& this log stores any event that occurs in the system for audit trail purposes. Any
information that is accessed, modified or altered is recorded in the log pad (along with
a date & time stamp) as a historical reference & can be accessed whenever desired

Privileged Access & Rights Management

The system works on a user rights basis which means each user accessing the system
is allowed or permitted certain system access rights & these rights are completely
configurable. Each user can be assigned a pre-defined user role & each role can be
modified & allocated certain assess rights. The user roles go in descending order & as
the employee level decreases, so does the access rights & privileges of the user,
thereby, ensuring commensurate access to each role

Authentication
Our software provides robust password protected system that guarantees that only
the authenticated user is permitted to access the system for recruitment or employee
referrals

Confidentiality
The details of the confidentiality agreement that our organizations will enter into are
detailed in our SLA & EULA which will be signed by both parties separately. We
create a separate instance of a database for each customer & each customer is the
exclusive owner of their own data.

Implementation & Support

Our cloud based requires no installation period. Users on your system will be able to
login to the system with just an active internet connection.

We will provide training sessions for your teams to ensure they are able to effectively
use all features as per the agreed training schedule.

Support is provided at no extra cost during our office working hours from 9:30 AM
to 6:30 PM IST from Monday to Friday (except on Government holidays). Saturdays
& Sundays are non-working
