Make Fried Noodle

Equipment Ingredients :
1. Noodle
2. Onion
3. Garlic
4. Eggs

Steps 1. Boil water in a pan until it boils. Add Steps 1
dry vermicelli, cook until vermicelli is
soft, stirring frequently.Once soft, drain
the vermicelli. Add 2 tablespoons of
sweet soy sauce, mix until evenly
mixed, and coat the vermicelli with soy
sauce all over. Set aside. Saute onions,
shallots, garlic until fragrant.

water boils.

until the water is absorbed into the
noodle. Add the vegetables, stir again
until the vegetables are cooked. Once
mixed well and completely cooked, turn
off the stove. Arrange in a serving
container, add toppings. Me-Style Soy
Sauce Fried noodle is ready to be
served.
