Interactive discussions around case studies with the industry
expert will push you to think beyond the obvious, improve your
problem solving and creative thinking skills. These 2 skill sets will
also equip you to take up any cross-domain opportunities, stand

Classroom-like learning
Through PI sessions, we aim to recreate the experience and
enjoyment of actual classroom learning. Discussion on your
assignments and projects with your peers will make you proactive
in receiving feedback. This is very critical in your professional
success because your manager, your team, or even your customers
are constantly giving you feedback and with these sessions, your
ability to be open to feedback will improve and will help you build
pleasant professional relationships around different sets of people

Oftentimes, you might feel lost due to an overload of information,
pressures of work, personal life, and other commitments. In these
sessions, you get to build a bond with your peers just the way you

The career-oriented sessions on profile building, career landscape
sessions, and more aim to help you build your overall profile and
get you closer to your desired career goals, be it career transition,
getting a hike, or building professional confidence. These sessions
will help you be on top of the skills needed in the industry to stand
out from the crowd.

Business communication:
It is common knowledge that while our technical skills are an
important qualifier for the work we do, it is our ability to
communicate and connect with others that allows us the
opportunity to bring those skills to the fore in business. Hence a
series of sessions aimed at improving your presentation,
interviewing, people & leadership skills will be offered to you to
improve on the much essential but often overlooked skills.
