Sub: First Aid Course

Dear Brothers / Sisters,

We are glad to inform you that The Bharat Scouts and Guides, National
Training Centre is going to organize First Aid Course at National Training Centre
Pachmarhi. The course details are as follows :

1 Name of the First Aid Course

2 Dates 28.01.2022 to 01.02.2022 (Five Days).
3 Venue The Bharat Scouts and Guides, National Training Centre,
Pachmarhi, Madhya Pradesh-461881
4 How to Pachmarhi is located on the Mumbai Jabalpur route
reach (Between Itarsi and Jabalpur Station). Pipariya is the
nearest Railway station from Pachmarhi. The distance
from Pipariya to Pachmarhi is 56 k.m. Buses are available
from Pipariya to Pachmarhi. Numbers of private jeeps are
also available on nominal rate. The Bharat Scouts &
Guides is just 5 k.m. from Pachmarhi bus stand. Local
Conveyance available to reach National Training Centre
from Pachmarhi Bus Stand. Those who are coming by
private Jeep can directly come up NTC.
5 Reporting 28.01.2022 : Registration before lunch in proper Uniform.
Late comers will not be admitted.
6 Departure 01.02.2022: After Lunch. (Accordingly return journey
reservation may be made.)
7 Fee Participants have to pay Rs.2000/- (Rupees Two
Thousand only) to cover the cost of boarding, lodging,
training materials by cash at the time of Registration in the
campsite.
8 Subsidy Subscidy @ Rs. 70/- per head per day and travelling
expenses @ Rs. 550/- or actual whicever is less wil lbe
reimbursed on receipt of Government Grant.
9 Who can Minimum Basic Trained Unit Leaders attached with the
Attend Unit

10 What to Uniform :
Bring Scout Wing: Two sets of Correct & Complete uniform as
per APRO II. (Black shoes with lace, black socks, Scarf,
Woggle, Nylex Belt).
Guide Wing: Two sets of Correct & Complete uniform as
per APRO III. (Black shoes, camel color socks, Scarf &
Woggle, Nylex belt).
General Camp Kit: Mosquito net, personal medicines,
bedding, torch, odomos tube, 3 Mtr. Knotting Rope, 100
page notebook.
Books : APRO Part II/III, Scouting for Boys.

Covid Vaccination Certificate – Candidates have to

submit Covid Vaccination certificate, without which they
will not be admitted.
11 Weather Warm cloths as per APRO Part II / III as climate will be
cold.
12 Last Date Last date of receiving the application – 15.01.2022
13 Aaadhaar The Aadhaar Number is compulsory. Photocopy of
Number Aadhaar is to be submitted at the time of Registration.
14 UID UID (BSG Registration number) is mandatory. From 1st
April, 2021, no one will be allowed for any camp / event
without UID number of BSG.
15 Quota 04 from each state (2 Scout Wing and 2 Guide Wing).

Application duly filled in and recommended by state officials should reach

at NTC before last day. State Training Commissioners are requested to take
immediate action and make use of this opportunity to gain the scouting skills at
National Training Centre, Pachmarhi. Your co-operation is solicited
