To ensure this advocacy extends beyond the Schools Division Office to all 13 municipalities, an award will be given to the Best 2024 NWMC Implementer at the district level. This award forms part of the Rewards and Recognition program, aiming to acknowledge municipalities that actively participated in all NWMC activities. The objective is to inspire others to adopt similar practices and increase involvement in the years to come. 1, All 13 districts shall submit a 2-3-minute audio-visual presentation including intro and outro. It shall summarize all the initiatives and interventions done by the districts and schools in participation to the 2024 NWMC. 2. The entry must be in video format with the following specifications: 1920 x 1080p, 30 fps, MP4 format. 3. To officially join the contest, the PSDS/DIC of all the 13 districts shall access google drive _https://tinyurl.com/MahagsayJuana and upload the means of verifications, including the video, not later than March 28, 2024, 11:59 pm. 4. As part of this division's thrust towards gender mainstreaming all women and men of this division is hereby required to make a statement by wearing purple on all Fridays of this month (March 15, 22, 29). MECHANICS: 1, All 13 municipalities and 3 functional divisions shall have one participant for the male and the female category. 2. The male and female representatives per district and functional division (CID,SGOD, O8D8) office must upload in their personal Facebook account the advocacy profile photo of them wearing their best purple attire with the (a) message of support or advocacy as a_ caption and (b) hashtags: #JuanaSays #MahagsayJuana #NWMC2024 #PurpleFridays. Failure to have the frame and the caption shall disqualify the entry. 3.
