Acceptance Criteria of Compressive Strength

The Concrete is deemed to comply with compressive strength requirements when both the conditions as per table of 11 of IS : 456 are
met.

a) The mean strength determine from any standard deviation from any group of four consecutive test result >fck + 0.825 x established
standard deviation or fck + 3 N/mm² whichever is greater.

b) Any individual test result ≥fck - 3 N/mm².Thus, the result meets the criteria.E.g.Concrete cubes results from Sl. No. 1 to 30 average is
30 Mpa ≥ (30+3)=33Mpa.Therefore,first criteria individual concrete cubes results from Sl No 1 to 30 are >(30-3) = 27 Mpa

Hence the concrete test result mentioned from Sl Nos 1 to 30 is accepted.
