PRACTICE TEACHING INTERNSHIP

WEEKLY ACCOMPLISHMENT REPORT

Week 4 Accomplishment Report:

Throughout week 4 of my practice teacher journey, I successfully completed several tasks and projects that have
helped me further develop my teaching skills. But this week was a busy days because my students conducted their NAT,
and I used this week to further enhanced my skills in creating and preparing for next-week exam.
Also last Tuesday March 19, 2024 was a busy day it is because the school where I am assigned, the regional visitors
went here just to monitor and check the scholar students who enrolled here, in this institution.

Specific tasks completed:


1. Created and implemented a Summative Test, Table of Specification and Test Questionnaire.
2. Participated in a team meeting with other teachers to discuss student progress and strategies for improvement.
3. Collaborated with a fellow teacher to create a presentation on effective classroom management techniques.

Exceptional accomplishment:

One exceptional accomplishment during the week was receiving positive feedback from both students and
colleagues on my engaging lesson. This reinforced my confidence as a teacher and validated the effort I put into planning
and executing effective lessons.

Skills gained or improved:

Through this week, I have further developed my communication and collaboration skills through working with
colleagues on various projects. Additionally, I have enhanced my ability to create an effective and proper TOS and TQ.

Obstacles encountered and how they were overcome:

One obstacle I encountered during the week was managing time effectively to balance teaching responsibilities
and lesson planning. In addition to that, managing my time in creating both TOS and TQ. To overcome this, I prioritized
tasks and created a schedule to allocate time efficiently for each aspect of my work.

Lessons learned:

From this week, I have learned the importance of effective time management and prioritization in a teaching
environment. I have also gained insights into the significance of collaboration and communication in enhancing the
overall learning experience for students.

In addition, I am so blessed because my Cooperating Teacher taught me on how to properly construct a test
questionnaire. Because of that I’ve learned on it, I can now create by my own.

Next steps and future plans:


Moving forward, I plan to continue refining my teaching techniques and incorporating innovative strategies into
my lessons. Additionally, I aim to further strengthen my collaboration skills by actively participating in team meetings and
sharing ideas with colleagues. My goal for the upcoming week is to continue fostering a positive and engaging learning
environment for my students while expanding my knowledge and skills as a teacher.

For tomorrow (Saturday) March 23, 2024 I will conduct my first Summative Test and I will check the notebooks of
my students.
