INTEGRATED DIPLOMA IN WEALTH MANAGEMENT (IDWM)

IDWM is the quickest & most guaranteed way to build careers in the financial industry. IDWM is about
getting a job / placement as Wealth Manager & this placement is given to the student right at the time of
joining the program itself. It is not like any other degree or diploma program, where a student studies &
gets placed (may or may not be) at the end; rather here, he/she gets placed first & then is prepared to build
the required knowledge & skills. On the way to make the student a Qualified Wealth Manager, we take
the student with 6 months of training where first 2 months are focused on Conceptual Learning &
Developing Knowledge, which is done by way of training by top finance faculties & coaches. The next 4
months are completely for Practical Exposure & Skill Building, which is done by way of a paid
internship with Bajaj Capital. The ultimate objective of the 6 months training is to turn a normal
graduate or post graduate into a Wealth Management Professional. The curriculum which is covered in
the first 3 months of training is based on some of the top Indian & Global Certifications in finance &
make the student eligible for those certifications as well besides IDWM Diploma & a Job with Bajaj
Capital.
This diploma aim to offer it to all your students & help them with placements & career building. As It
mentioned, IDWM is not an academic program, rather it’s a placement opportunity which brings an add
on practical learning, exposure, internship & certifications besides making students Qualified Wealth
Managers. In a program tie-up between your college & ICOFP, we can synergies in a way that college
may just market the program & enroll place its students to the program, while entire delivery, training,
internships, placements, job guarantee etc. would be completely with ICOFP.

PACKAGE:

 The first 2 months of the online training will be unpaid which students can undergo from
anywhere. Next 4 months, it will be in office OJT with fixed INR 10000 and variable INR
5000 pay.

 Post training, once the selects are placed in various cities / towns pan India the CTC will
be INR 5.60 LPA (for metro cities) and INR 4.45 LPA (for non-metro towns/cities).

 The IDWM training of 6 months shall commence tentatively around March.
