National Education Policy 2020:Framework
5+3+3+4
If we want to change in India then: “Education is only a tool to change the Scenario of
India” So change An India by implementing the NEP 2020.
Quality is a vision of education. Quality improvement is the rights of all people for
inculcating, enhancing and imparting the knowledge. National Education Policy
(NEP) 2020 will change the scenario of the education system. After a long gap of 34
years, now time to great dynamic change needs to modify the pattern, design, vision
and focus towards in the education. NEP 2020 is based on the 5+3+3+4 structure for
accessing the goal, equity, infusion for students, quality improvement in whole
pattern, affordability generating in education field, accountability towards society,
school, students and teacher, emphasizing the future of each individual and
responsibility of each person to uphold the “Nation Graph” with learning, teaching
and sparking, brighten and sharping infinite hands of work together.
– Vocational education is a way to connect a student to mainstream education, and
it means a largely satisfied student, those able to cope with the latter future to get
a proper channel of success. This is the main reason to reimagine vocational
education to act on student ability and their potentiality to find out hidden skills
by their vocation and offer long-term employability, increase the ratio of
sustainable development society. The NEP 2020 policy aims to overcome the
social status in education and need to integrate the vocational education
programmed in all mainstream area with a proper manner. This policy will begin
the vocational education from early ages of students who are in middle school
and secondary school and the purpose behind it is to provide at least one
vocation by each learner and is increased with several more. Because we need to
emphasize the dignity of labor and the importance of various vocation. At least
50% learner will get Vocational job opportunities (increase employability)
through the school and higher education system shall have exposure to
vocational education.

Why Vocational Education Important

– Vocational education is start from the middle stage (from class 6th)according to NEP
2020
– To train the students in various field of curriculum with different activity.
– To enhance the skills through activities.
– To provide vocational class in daily schedule of school.
– To improve the life skills in the teaching –learning process
– To make their future bright by vocational training in school environment.
– To achieve the goal in fields of vocational studies .
– Those students are expert in such field such as carpentry, pot making ,computer skill,
panting,
– Those students will do well in such field ,organize 6 month internship for those student
with expert guidance.
– It is helpful in future for an earn money and stable the life
– Vocational Training raising the hidden talent of a student and increase their
performance while under the training of the specialized expert of this field.
– Make an India Powerful and skilled with a creative hand.

– Let them free in environment to show their originality towards work.


– Learning path enhance the bridge of knowledge with creative hands.
– Encouraging “Learning By Doing Activity”, Learning By Observation, and
Learning by experience
– We need to develop their art skill for betterment of the future.
– Apply the strategy for each hand working and every hand busy. And make India
beautiful and skilled
