Terms & Conditions PAM Plus

Every customer who applies or continues to be a PAM Plus Member, has to have read
carefully and understand the Terms & Conditions stated by PAM Plus. A PAM Plus member
is a customer with an official account number that is verified in our system and eligible to
join PAM Plus programs. These Terms & Conditions apply to all members who have
submitted their data to be registered. PAM Plus members are responsible to seek updated
info on any or all programs which will be informed through participating outlets, Mobile App
& website.

1. General Terms

1.1 PAM Plus membership is open to Indonesian Citizens (WNI) or Foreign Citizens
(WNA) with a minimum legal age of 17 (seventeen) years and over on the
registration date of the PAM Plus membership.

1.2 PAM Plus membership is personal, limited to 1 (one) number per individual. If it
is found that a member has more than 1 (one) PAM Plus membership, then the
member must choose a Membership Number or account that they want to use with
the points listed on the membership number. All points and other benefits are not
transferable, sold or exchanged. Unused membership will be automatically deleted
through the system.

1.3 The terms and conditions of the PAM Plus programs will be elaborated
separately from the membership program depending on each individual program
that will be held.

1.4 PAM Plus management reserves the right to audit the PAM Plus Member’s
account at any time without prior notice.

1.5 PAM Plus members must submit real, current, accurate, correct and complete
data according to the ID (identification card)/Passport/KITAS used to apply for the
PAM Plus membership. If it is found that the information you provided to us during
registration is inaccurate or incomplete in any way or that you have provided
incorrect or misleading information, we, the management, reserve the right to
suspend or terminate your membership.

1.6 All employees working in participating outlets of PAM Plus (ie. employees of
tenants in malls) are not allowed to earn points from unused receipts of customers.
Should this situation be known, PAM Plus management have the rights to suspend or
terminate and/or blacklist the membership account.

1.7 PAM Group reserves the absolute right at PAM Plus’s sole discretion to take
unlimited action to determine sanctions for any fraud or violations committed by
members.
1.8 These terms and conditions may change at any time at the discretion of PAM
Plus management without prior notice. You agree to be bound by these terms and
conditions as amended from time to time.

2. Membership Registration

2.1 Membership registration can be done through the PAM Plus app or through the
various locations of our Customer Service.
2.2 PAM Plus Member is responsible for always updating their telephone number,
residential address and email address. All forms of notification and communication
will be recorded in the PAM Plus portal.

2.3 PAM Plus Member must be of the age of 17 (seventeen) years old or above at the
time of membership registration.

2.4 Registration made through our Customer Service or Application must have a valid
identification record (such as KTP/Passport/KITAS).

3. Points Collection or Earning

3.1 All points earned will expire every year on 10 October.

3.2 For every transaction, members can earn points according to the tenant’s
category.
1 point per Rp. 100.000,-: Food & Beverage, Supermarket retail
1 point per Rp. 250.000,-: Entertainment, Fashion & Accessories
1 point per Rp.500.000,-: Jewelry, Hotel, KTV & NIghtclub

3.3 For transactions made, members can also earn points that will qualify them for a
grand prize draw held annually. Points earned for transactions can be redeemed
with vouchers or instant rewards, whereas points earned for grand prize draw
will increase chances of participation for the lucky draw.

3.4 Members can also earn points in specific promotional programs in relation to
participating programs and/or tenants.

4. Membership Tier & Benefits

4.1 Members are eligible to qualify for different tiers of membership with
accumulated amounts from transactions made.

4.2 Membership tier status will expire every year on 10 October. Members would go
back to the default of Silver Tier after its reset.
4.3 Default membership tier is Silver Tier.
Gold Tier: Accumulated transactions of Rp. 25.000.000,-
Platinum Tier: Accumulated transactions of Rp. 75.000.000,-
Diamond Tier: Accumulated transactions of Rp. 175.000.000,-

5. Points, e-coupon & Grand Prize Draw

5.1 Members will obtain 1 e-coupon (valued at Rp.100.000,-) for every transaction
made at all categories of tenants/outlets that will qualify them to enter the Grand
Prize Draw.

5.2 E-coupon is only valid as points for the Grand Prize Draw program and cannot be
exchanged. E-coupons are not valid for any other programs or promotions.

5.3 E-coupon accumulated will be reset to 0 (zero) at the end of the Grand Prize
Draw program.

6. Personal Data Collection

6.1 PAM Plus Member allows PAM Plus to collect, use and disclose personal data for
the following purposes:
a. Provide the latest news about membership status and other
information related to PAM Plus Member’s account;
b. Facilitate transactions and services in connection with
membership;
c. Delivering information related to promotions, programs, and
lucky-draw organized by PAM Plus or participating outlets.

6.2 All PAM Plus member data is confidential and will only be used for the benefit of
PAM Plus programs and in relation to PAM Group, unless required to be disclosed
based on applicable laws and regulations.

7. Termination of Membership

- Termination period

7.2 PAM Plus reserves the right to suspend or terminate PAM Plus Membership at
any time or without prior notice and PAM Plus Members will be automatically not
entitled to participate in PAM Plus program. Especially if the PAM Plus Member does
any of the following:
a. Change the date, outlet name, and nominal on the receipt that is
exchanged for points and/or into other PAM Plus Programs;
b. Create fake receipts and/or duplicate receipts that are exchanged for
points and/or into other PAM Plus Programs;
c. Perform irregularities, falsification and/or fraud of documents, data or
any actions that violate the laws enforced in the Republic of Indonesia;
d. Tenant employees who are known to be PAM Plus Members exchange
points and/or participate in other PAM Plus Programs;
e. Having more than 1 (one) PAM Plus membership with the same personal
data, then PAM Plus management has the right to unilaterally inactivate
other memberships determined by PAM Plus management;
f. Do any activity that interrupts the order and comfort of other PAM Plus
Members, tenant employee and/or staff and also PAM Plus and/or PAM
Group Management.

7.3 PAM Plus Member could terminate membership at any time by giving written
notice. Any remaining points, benefits and privileges will be forfeited without
compensation and non-transferable.

7.4 PAM Plus membership is considered terminated in the event of death. Points,
coupons or rewards earned, as well as benefits and privileges that are not redeemed
will be automatically forfeited.

8. Other Terms

8.1 Members may recreate and update their current membership account in the
event that device used to access the application is lost or stolen.

8.2 PAM Plus management is not responsible for the following matters:

a. Device used to access the PAM Plus application is lost or stolen;


b. Misuse of PAM Plus Member membership by other parties;
c. Damage and expiration of vouchers/products/points/or services that
are obtained from redeeming points or participating in other PAM
Plus Programs that have been accepted by PAM Plus Members;

8.3 If there are any issues with the system, the process of collecting points and/or
participation in other PAM Plus Programs will be carried out manually and only
applies to shopping receipts submitted to PAM Plus Management (not valid for
scanned shopping receipts/scans/screenshots/photos). In this case, the points will be
credited from the day of redemption and/or collection of points.

8.4 PAM Plus reserves the right at any time to make decisions and policies without
prior notice and without giving PAM Plus Member any reason to:
a. Suspend or terminate PAM Plus membership for any reason that we
deem inconsistent with these Terms & Conditions;
b. Decline the PAM Plus membership registration;
c. Change, limit, suspend or terminate all benefits, services, facilities and
privileges related to PAM Plus membership.

8.5 In the case of PAM Plus Member is unable to attend when making transactions,
either adding, exchanging points and/or the PAM Plus program, then the PAM Plus
Member is required to provide a power of attorney with a stamp of duty of
Rp.10,000- (ten thousand rupiah) along with a copy of valid KTP/Passport/KITAS of
the PAM Plus Member for the validation process to the beneficiary.

8.6 Each of these Terms & Conditions is separate and distinct from one another and
if at any time one or more of these Terms & Conditions or any part thereof becomes
invalid, illegal or unenforceable, the validity, legality or enforceability of the other
provisions shall not be affected or disturbed in any way.

8.7 PAM Plus Member agrees to be bound by these Terms & Conditions and all
Terms & Conditions governing the use of facilities, benefits or services in connection
with the PAM Plus membership, which may be changed from time to time.

8.8 If there is a discrepancy or difference in interpretation, the Indonesian version of


these Terms & Conditions shall prevail.
