Dear Mr Mahadeb Pal ,

This is with reference to the Deed Of Sale between you /your Organization and the Resident(s)
of ‘AMRITA GREENVIEW HOUSING’ under the (Name of the Society(Authentication not
obtained) ) project . I/We are highly disappointed to see that there has been a considerable
willful delay in handing over the Occupancy /Possession Certificate to each of the Flat
Owner(s) / Resident (s) of ‘AMRITA GREENVIEW HOUSING’ in majority residing in different
Tower(s) - ‘A’ , ‘B’ , ‘C’ , ‘E’ respectively .

Verbal reason thereof interpreted on the above said issue is that each of the Tower(s) are still
within under- construction phase thereby deviating your AMRITA HOUSING PROJECT
construction with Tower wise Completion are neither under pre or post status of
RERA/WBHIRA recognition in permissible continuation of different Approvals from various
Government Departments of water, fire, pollution and electrical authorities .

Now Right of Allotment and Marking Authorization of the Builder with the aid of ‘AMRITA
GREENVIEW HOUSING SOCIETY ‘ in each of the Tower(s) of ‘AMRITA GREENVIEW HOUSING’
stands as per the Approved Building Plan of the whole Project and / or Block wise or
Tower wise wherein a copy of the construction plan along with block-wise and floor-wise
details, approved by the local authority has to be disclosed in front of the presently
functionable Executive Committee of the so called ‘AMRITA GREENVIEW HOUSING SOCIETY ‘ .

Moreover the resident(s) of each Tower should be ascertained first that their own Tower has
Car Parking Spaces either previously/presently/in future that can be allotted as per the Tower
wise Approved Building Plan of that particular Tower /Block devoid of Common Open
Spaces left for Two Wheelers in that Tower / Block .

Further , the Entry and Exit Clearances for Car Parking and Two Wheelers under each of the
Tower/Block as per the Approved Building Plan of that particular Tower /Block should be
disclosed also in front of the presently functionable Executive Committee of the so called
‘AMRITA GREENVIEW HOUSING SOCIETY ‘ .

At last but not the least Allotment of Parking should be done Block wise/Tower wise as per
the Seniority of Booking Date of Apartment without any Cancellation of the Booking by the
Party later on and further on Rejoin again .

Therefore you are hereby requested to resolute the above said problems at your earliest
initiation and willing within 10(ten) Days for the benefit of each of the Flat Owner(s) / Resident
(s) of ‘AMRITA GREENVIEW HOUSING’ residing in different Tower(s)- ‘A’ , ‘B’ , ‘C’ , ‘E’
respectively .

On Willful Ignorance , I/We will be compelled to take the remedial measures with the help of
the appropriate judicial system of our country on this matter .
