**MEMORANDUM OF UNDERSTANDING (MOU)**

This Memorandum of Understanding (hereinafter referred to as the "MOU") is entered into on this

**BACKGROUND:**

This MOU outlines the terms and conditions governing the engagement of the Contract-based
Individual by the Party for the provision of services related to photography, social media handling,
and marketing of advertisements.
**1. SERVICES:**

The Contract-based Individual agrees to provide the following services:

- Photography

- Social Media Handling

**2. PAYMENT:**

The Party agrees to remit the payment to the Contract-based Individual at the end of each month for
the services rendered. The agreed-upon amount is ___________________.

**3. PAYMENT SECURITY:**

To ensure the security of payment, the Party undertakes to make the payment in a timely manner,
within 7 days of the end of each month. In the event of any delay, the Party shall notify the Contract-
based Individual in writing with a valid reason for the delay.

**4. TERM OF AGREEMENT:**

This MOU shall commence on the Effective Date and continue until either party provides written
notice of termination at least 15 days prior to the intended termination date.

**5. CONFIDENTIALITY:**

Both parties agree to maintain the confidentiality of any sensitive information disclosed during the
course of this engagement.
