The teacher ensures the optimal conditions for conducting the lesson, namely the
preparation of the materials, the conditions of order and discipline, and the preparation of the
group of students.

To measure how heavy is something what measurement do I use? (kilo)
To measure how much liquid is in something what measurement do I use? (liter)

A digital clock is designed on the Smart Board. The teacher calls the students one by one
to show her the time 11 a.m., 9 a.m., and 4 a.m. Every student is called.
Complication of the task: Show me 15'o clock, 22'o clock. (Students count from 12, as
many numbers as the teacher indicated to get the time.)

Looking at the picture on page 56 of the textbook, students make sentences with the
prepositions: under, over, beside, between, and in front of.

For the second exercise, the teacher explains which is a row, and which is a column.
Children underline the word row with blue and do rows for the fruits. Then, the word column is
underlined with red and there are made columns using the red color.

6. Obtaining performance
One child needs to find the third row, then another child will show the second column to
discover that the apple is the fruit from the third row, second column.

Students receive as homework exercise 3.
