from a friend of mine who’s a chorus boy that you’ve been catfishing actors for years getting them to
fork over thousands of dollars to audition and you’d force them to make lewd audition tapes for you.
Bialystock called you out on it, didn’t he?

You mentioned that notes are common until after opening...I saw the handwriting on the script in
evidence and it was most certainly yours Billy! And the writing said “DEAD AS A DOORNAIL.” Now
why would you write that if you didn’t want to kill him?

I saw you this evening come out of Bialystock’s office just 5 minutes before he was shot. You
seemed enraged and slammed the door to his office behind you. Were you mad enough to kill?

local Capezio store in Florida. The headline says “Florida Man Arrested for Attempting to Escape
with 300 Pairs of Jazz Shoes.” No way Bialystock didn’t know about this. He background checks
everyone. Did he threaten to reveal your seedy past?

Bergamont! Did you kill Bialystock out of anger in a fit of rage?

as part of one of your schemes. How does it feel to be caught, hook, line and sinker?

Last night I overheard you and Bialystock in a screaming match over Idina and he threatened to have
you killed if you ever touched her again. So you killed him first, didn’t you?

We all know what’s really going on here Bob. Bialystock was paying you off to write a good review
tonight..but he didn’t have the dough. You needed the money desperately because of your husband’s
shopping addiction...face it, you’re nothing but a washed up sugar daddy, aren’t you?

You’ve been awfully quiet for such a loud mouth tonight. Something’s up and I know what. Your
agent, Robert Whineman, got wind of the closing notice and I overheard him tell you about it.
Rumors have been floating around for years that you’re a washed up “has been” and you couldn’t
afford the embarrassment of having your show close on opening night, so you killed him instead,
didn’t you?!

inserting slips into the program with your name of them. What gives?

Bialystock always wanted a daughter and I could tell just how happy he was that he had one after all
these years. But he told me over drinks that he had doubts after doing a little research on you and
came up with nothing. Anita Part’s not your real name, which is why he couldn’t find anything on you.
He told me he was going to confront you...did that happen tonight?

same pills to Bialystock?

them finally get fed up and hire you to kill him?

money. I heard you got fired from your last gig for letting a man into someone’s dressing room so he
