please ensure that all
Safe Area/ important content and
text is kept a minimum
Margins of 12mm from the

page. This would be
the left hand side for
right hand pages and
the right hand side for
left hand pages.

Supplying your booklet

Please supply perfect bound notebooks as 2 multi-page PDFs.

1 Cover File 2 Inners File

Perfect Bound covers consist of 4 pages - Please supply all of your inside
- Front Cover pages as one multi-page PDF
- Inside front cover which is set up in running order
- Inside back cover from the first to last inside page.
- Back cover

When setting your notebook up, please supply these

cover pages as flat spreads in a 2 page PDF. Our online
ordering tool will let you know what spine width you will
need to allow for. Whilst the spine area on the outside of
the cover will be visible, the same area will not be visible
in the interior covers as this is where the glue will be
applied to bind the cover to the inners.
