1. Tell me something about yourself (know yourself) speak candidly

Hi, my name is Jericho James, aka JJ I am an aspiring actor-dancer and filmmaker who wants
to be part of a prestigious program like the one that you have at this university. JJ is a smart
working person who wants to learn from the bests some of which are in your program so I want
to study here

2. why did you choose this university?

I was born and raised in Cebu and that is something that I am proud of. My relatives and
friends went to CNU and I have seen how they’ve grown, how they’ve thrived, and how they
have excelled in their own fields, so I want to get the same level of education from this institution
just like them

3. Why did you choose this degree?

Because this is the degree where I could grow professionally, where I could boost my self-
esteem and it’s the one closest to my passions, dreams, and interests. I have plans on
becoming a well-known artist through this and I am praying every day to make it happen

4. Why do you want to take up that course or finish this degree?

I love to watch films and I know how difficult it is to make them however that really motivates me
to create a masterpiece or become an actor in my story which is why I wanted to enter this
college to get some quality education and proper training. I wanted to influence everyone
positively as CNU does to inculcate their student’s intelligence and technical skills.

5. how did you adjust to online learning?

- adaptability situation
I struggled at the very first week, but I actually get the hang of it, it taught me to become more
self-disciplined and to learn things out of my comfort zone

6. What is education for you?

“Education is the most powerful weapon you can use to change the world.” Nelson Mandela said it. Education
allows us to better understand the world in which we live.

I have the tendency to make decisions very quickly however I have realized it is important that I
should be able to think multiple times about the things I plan for myself because I don’t want to
regret it in the future
