• After completion of the testing, remove cuvettes from the sample compartment.
• Remove the test solution from the cuvette and wash it with the respective

solvent in which the solution is prepared.
•Rinse with purified water properly to remove the traces of the sample followed by  AHU 5 POSTS

methanol and wipe with tissue paper. Dry in the air and keep it in a proper place.

• Clean the sample compartment with a dry cloth to remove any foreign material
if required.  BUSINESS 25 POSTS

• Clean the outer surface of the instrument with Isopropyl alcohol and dry it with  CALIBRATION 1 POSTS
tissue paper when required.

•Record the details of cleaning in the log book of the instrument as per the
current version of SOP.  COSTING 4 POSTS
