Reflection Questions:

1. How do you feel about your fitness assessment results? Did any areas surprise you? Explain
your answers. I feel rather happy about my measurements. This is because they indicate
that I maintain a rather healthy lifestyle. I was not surprised by my answers because I think
I had previously had a pretty good handle on my current physical state.

2. This course will give you the opportunity to plan fitness routines and participate in regular physical
activity. You will complete these same fitness assessments at the end of each module to help
measure your progress in each fitness area. Describe the accomplishments you expect to see in
your fitness assessment results as you move through this course and its related activities. I
would like to achieve a sub 6:20 mile as I do cardio twice a week. I also believe that I am
not pushing myself as hard as I can during my runs. Also, I would like to get my maximum
number of pushups above 20 by the end of the module.
