Today again learned counsel for the respondents seeks more

time to file reply.

On 8.10.2021 the following order was passed :-

“Counsel for the respondents seeks more time to file

reply.
Learned counsel for the petitioner prays for stay of
further proceedings.
Adjourned to 29.10.2021.
It is made clear that request for stay will be
considered on the next date.”

In the circumstances, there is really no justification for grant of

more time to file reply but at persistent request of learned counsel for the

respondent we are allowing his request for giving more time to file reply,

however, there shall be stay on operation of the impugned order.

Adjourned to 20.1.2022.
