advertised. With a wealth of experience as a Head Barista at VD Coffee and a Co-
Founder at UpScale.id, along with a solid educational background, I am confident in
my ability to contribute effectively to your team.

At VD Coffee, I was responsible for managing daily operations, conducting team

training, ensuring quality control, developing menus, and striving to increase sales.
My leadership and project management skills were put to the test as I successfully
spearheaded various projects, such as the VD Rewards Card initiative, which
significantly boosted customer engagement and social media insights.

Additionally, my time at UpScale.id allowed me to further develop my strategic

thinking and problem-solving abilities. As a Co-Founder, I played a key role in
formulating the organization's vision and mission, developing marketing and branding
strategies, and contributing to the development and implementation of effective plans.

In terms of technical skills, I am proficient in latte art, manual brew, and taste
calibration, supported by my certifications in Barista and Hospitality Management.
Furthermore, my volunteer experiences with EcoTouch.id, Foodbank of Indonesia,
and House Ilmu Indonesia have instilled in me a strong sense of social responsibility
and a passion for giving back to the community.
