What are in your opinion three factors that make customer service effective?

In my opinion, three factors that make customer service effective are being welcoming
but not overbearing, providing accurate information, and solving the customer problems
promptly.

For example, when I was working at XYZ, I would always approach a customer when they
made eye contact with me to make sure that they wanted my help. Most customers don’t
appreciate pushy sales assistants who impose their presence as they enter in a shop.
