4. What is your career goal what drew you to this position? How does your professional
experience link with this position?
5. How well do you work as part of a team? Tell us about the time when you worked
successfully as a team? Or describe a situation where you were successful in getting
people to work together effectively? Give us an example which shows that you can
motivate a team to get the very best performance from them?
6. Describe a time when you used your organisational skills effectively to complete an
important activity?
7. Describe a complicated problem you have had to deal with. How did you tackle it
and what was the outcome?
8. Can you tell me a time when you delt with challenge and how you tackled it? What
did you do and what was the outcome?
9. Tell me about the time you faced and dealt with tight deadline?
10.How to handle security related stressful situations in emergency response?
To answer these questions, refer to:
When creating your own PAR examples, read through the job summary and then write
three PAR examples for three main requirements in the job description.

Review your PAR examples and check that you have:

 Used the job description to customize the PAR example

 Explained the problem or project quickly and clearly

 Focused the majority of the story on actions and results

 Specified your role and contributions within the team

 Included numbers to quantify results

 Limited the example to a short, concise story that is two minutes or less when
spoken aloud
