 Briefly describe the project and its purpose.

capitalize on?

2. Project Goals and Objectives

 Be specific and measurable.

3. Success Criteria

 Define how you will measure success for the project.


 What are the key metrics you will track?
 How will you know if the project is on track and achieving its goals?

4. Deliverables

 List the main deliverables that the project will produce.


 What are the tangible outputs of the project?
 Be specific and include deadlines.

5. Project Scope

 Define the boundaries of the project.


 What is included and what is not included?
 Be clear about any exclusions or limitations.

6. High-Level Schedule

 Provide a high-level overview of the project schedule.


 What are the major milestones and key dates?
 This is not a detailed project plan, but it should give a general sense of the
project timeline.

7. Budget Estimate

 Provide a high-level estimate of the project budget.

9. Risks and Assumptions

10. Stakeholders
