CONTRACT AGREEMENT

TYSHA SIGN Is to provide 60”/150cm Neon sign to TRACY AUGUSTINE for the sole purpose of

her business

on the following date(s) 3rd February 2024 , .

While providing the agreed Product (Neon sign), TYSHA SIGN agrees to comply with interest and
satisfaction of TRACY AUGUSTINE . TYSHA SIGNS agrees that the NEON SIGN providing under this
agreement will commit no damage and no TRACY AUGUSTINE’s facilities/property and that if such damage
occurs, TYSHA SIGNS will reimburse TRACY AUGUSTINE the cost of repair.

A Deposit payment is required to be paid before The NEON SIGN is being made and Full payment on
delivery
TYSHA SIGNS agrees to deliver the Neon Sign 2 days after deposit payment is being paid

TYSHA SIGNS.

TRACY AUGUSTINE agrees to indemnify, defend and hold harmless TYSHA SIGNS, its agents,
servants, employees, trustees, officers and representatives from any liability, loss, or damage which TRACY
AUGUSTINE may suffer as a result of any claims, demands, costs, actions, causes of actions, or judgments,
including attorneys' fees, asserted against or incurred by TRACY AUGUSTINE arising out of, during, or as a
result of using TYSHA SIGNS's NEON SIGN, except such liability, loss or damage which is the result of or
arising out of the sole negligence of
TRACY AUGUSTINE
