Rewards and penalties play a significant role in teaching courses and motivating

pupils to study in schools and universities. There has recently been a movement
among academics and parents to forbid teachers from correcting their students.
In order to teach children to develop responsibility, enticing them with various
rewards has become acceptable. The benefits of the idea shall be presented in
this article to demonstrate why I concur with it.
A childs mental health is significantly impacted by a school’s teaching
strategies. It aids in a child’s personality development. A teacher must therefore
treat a child with kindness and affection. It is usually preferable to praise a child
for his or her good deeds than to correct him or her for litte mistakes. He or she
will perform better as a result. Eventhough the incentive is the modest, it
nevertheless has a big impact. A child will feel immediate respect and love for
his or her teachers if they show their love and appreciation. He or she will
concentrate more in order to receive more rewrds from his teacher.
However, unruly or disinterested students push the teachers to take stern
measures. Punishment therefore promotes discipline and aids in making
students aware of their errors. Teachers must encourages them to work hard in a
way that inspires them to work hard. Sometimes yelling and hitting them will
not help. In order to engage them nd prevent them from disturbing others, the
teachers must devise a variety of strategies, as well as other teachong
techniques.
To conclude, I would say that I concur with rewarding students rather than
punish them. Since in the modern world, it is preferable to assist pupils in their
own short comings and makings.
