For our own projects, we are looking for: Risk Manager

MISSION:

As a Risk Manager for the railway project, you will be responsible for identifying, assessing,
mitigating, and monitoring risks associated with the development, construction, and operation of
the railway infrastructure. You will work closely with project stakeholders to ensure that risks
are effectively managed to minimize their impact on project timelines, budget, and overall
success.

TASKS:

 Developed and implemented Risk Management Plan.


 Create and implement viable risk and opportunity management plans to allocate
resources for predevelopment PDP, development, delivery, and O&M phases.
 Manage risk management process implementation, comprising change management,
forecasting, cost, trends, and claims, to benefit corporate and key functional
stakeholders.
 Develop and maintain risk registers to accurately assess potential networkwide risks.
 Facilitated workshops with stakeholders to lead risk assessment process.
 Defined and deployed project control procedures to ensure successful project
completion.
 Identified risks and performed Qualitative & Quantitative Risk Analysis and also
developed mitigation plans.
 Design and build of standard-gauge double track route, Package-2A (139 Km) includes
earthworks, bridges, tunnels, animal crossings, track-laying, and links to Existing Rail
Networks
 Developed and implemented Risk Management Plan.
 Conduct workshops to identify and assess potential risks and opportunities.
 Analyze internal and external factors to evaluate the likelihood and potential impact of
risks.
 Developed and implemented risk mitigation strategies and control measures to
minimize the impact.
 Schedule & Cost risk analysis and defined contingency values.
 Collaborate with relevant teams to ensure timely and effective implementation of risk
mitigation measures.
 Provided risk awareness training to promote a risk-aware culture within the
organization.
 Review and enhancement of the organization's existing risk management processes and
practices
 Prepared Risk Register & Captured Lesson Learnt
 Coordination with Planning Manager & Cost Manager to work within planned
contingency.
 Quantitative Risk Analysis using tools i.e. Palisade @Risk, Primavera Risk Analysis, Active
Risk Manager
 Developed the extension of time (EOT) documents including the schedule
 Developed of Project Closeout plan and implemented with the coordination of
stakeholders.
 Additional support as Interface Manager & Requirement Manager
 Identified and validated the project requirements with coordination with the internal
teams

EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE:

 Minimum of 15 years of experience in risk management, with a proven track


record of success in railway projects.
 Bachelor's degree in engineering, project management, business administration, or
related field.
 Advanced degree or professional certification in risk management is a plus.
 Proven experience in risk management, preferably within the transportation or
infrastructure sector, with specific experience in railway projects highly desirable.
 Strong analytical skills and the ability to effectively assess and quantify risks.
 Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate
effectively with diverse stakeholders.
 Proficiency in risk management software and tools.
 Demonstrated ability to work independently and make sound decisions under pressure.
