“For whatsoever is born of God overcometh the world: and

this is the victory that overcometh the world, even our

faith” (1 John 5:4).
There's a higher life in Christ – a spiritual life to which we've been called. As Christians, we're not ordinary.
We were made to look like God, and to function like Him. We've been built with possibilities within our
system. We're not in this world as victims; we were born victorious.

In the book of Genesis, when God made man, the Bible says God gave man dominion over all things
(Genesis 1:28). He gave us a life that's superior, not only to the circumstances of life and the forces of
nature, but also to spiritual beings of evil – Satan and his cohorts. Why then do some Christians still live as
ordinary men, instead of living victoriously every day? The reason is their ignorance of the Word. “They
know not, neither will they understand; they walk on in darkness… I have said, Ye are gods; and all of
you are children of the most High” (Psalm 82:5-6).

The Word of God leaves us in no doubt as to the way we ought to live as Christians. We ought to live happy,
joyous and triumphant lives always. Thanks be unto God. Jesus said, “And ye shall know the truth, and
the truth shall make you free” (John 8:32). The truth is, now that you are born again, now that you are in
Christ, you're a new creation (2 Corinthians 5:17). Whereas you were defeated and lived as a victim before
you came to Christ, all that is history now. Today, with Christ alive in you, nothing can put you down; you're a
victor for life!

You might want to ask, “What if the circumstances of my life aren’t such that should give room for rejoicing?”
Well, it doesn't matter what your experience in life has been; it doesn't matter how long you might have
suffered or been in darkness; light has come to you now. Truth has been unveiled: the truth about what God
has done for you, in you, and with you in Christ Jesus.

Rejoice! You were born victorious! Refuse to allow the circumstances of your life dictate your joy. When your
faith is challenged, that’s the time to rejoice. Learn to maintain a joyful spirit even in the midst of daunting and
trying circumstances, for the joy of the Lord is your strength (Nehemiah 8:10).

The Bible says that with joy you shall draw water from the wells of salvation (Isaiah 12:3). Salvation is an all-
encompassing word; it refers to soundness, preservation, divine health, success, prosperity and every
blessing that the death, burial and resurrection of Jesus Christ made available for the Christian. But to enjoy
the blessings of salvation, you must know what God has said concerning you.

Get to know who you are in Him. Study, meditate on, and keep proclaiming the Word, because the Word of
God unveils our victorious life in Christ. You were born a victor. You were born to have dominion. You were
born to live the superior life, and you were born to live triumphantly every day.

I attended the Healing
School session because I
needed a miracle in my life.
For more than 12 years, I
suffered severe pain as a
result of arthritis and
collapsed vertebrae. It was
very difficult for me to walk or
climb stairs, and I had to use
a walking stick for support. I
received my miracle when
Pastor Chris touched me,
and to the glory of God, I can
now walk perfectly. All the
pain is gone, and I am
thankful for the marvellous
thing God has done in my
life.

hypertension, diabetes,
weakness, blurry vision
and knee pain. For several
years, I couldn't function
normally or do the things I
needed to do because of
the pain that I felt regularly;
sometimes, I also blacked
out. After I attended the
Healing School, I received
my much-desired miracle!
When Pastor Chris prayed
for me, I felt a shaking in
my body, and then I noticed
the pain was gone! I could
see clearly and I was
strengthened! My life
changed and I can do all
the things I couldn't do

“I can do all things now. I live life in abundance, I have
the Word of God in my spirit and what I am living now
is a life of faith. Faith is my everyday lifestyle.”
This was fifty-five-year-old Juanita Nel's testimony as she
sat on stage at a healing service, having been healed of
colon cancer, polyps in the colon and thyroid disease at a
Healing School Session in 2013. All in attendance were
eager to hear her story as she testified of the wonderful
things God had done in her life.
It all started in 2003; Juanita sensed an odd feeling in her
hands and realised that she couldn't move her fingers. She
had also observed that she couldn't eat properly as she
always felt nausea, and the food seemed to cause a lot of
pain. She decided to go to the hospital to have it checked
out, and after several tests she was informed that there
were polyps in her colon.
Juanita spent the next few years
trying to manage the condition,
but nothing seemed to work;
rather, the situation got worse
with each passing year. Juanita
said, “By 2009, I was in a terrible
state; I had several infections,
coupled with nausea and a runny
stomach. I had a lot of pain in my
colon and it was very bad. So, I
went back to the doctors. I was
told that the polyps had
developed into colon cancer, and
that I had thyroid disease. I was
also diagnosed with spina bifida –
the L5 of my vertebrae was
degenerating.”
Her health declined further, until
Juanita found herself unable to
eat or drink as she had trouble
swallowing. She couldn't sleep
because the pain kept her awake
at night. She couldn't walk long
distances, and she couldn't even
breathe normally anymore. This
condition forced her to stop
working, and she became
completely reliant on her husband
as she was unable to do anything
for herself.
As the pain in her back increased,
Juanita went for another medical
examination, and the doctor said
to her, “Listen, your situation is
only going to get worse. The back
ache is a red light, and more red
lights will come up with time. It's
inevitable in your condition. If we
could help you in anyway, we
would.”
The news hit Juanita hard, and
she became depressed. “I was
devastated and emotionally
drained; I cried my heart out every
night. I was supposed to accept
that it was only a matter of time
until I died, that was very hard for
me to take,” she says. “My father
died of colon cancer, and I didn't
want to end up the same way.
“But I was fighting a losing battle.
I couldn't undergo chemotherapy;
I knew that to do chemo, your body actually needs to be strong, because the procedure takes a lot from you.
My immune system was very weak; my stomach was runny all the time, and I also couldn't control my bladder.
How then could I go for that chemotherapy and hope to survive?

“The pain was so intense, I didn't know how I would face it if the pain became worse. It was so difficult for me in
that situation. I felt as if my life had stopped; I felt that I couldn't live a normal life anymore,” she remarked.

At this point, Juanita turned to God for a lasting solution, and it wasn't long before the Spirit of the Lord pointed
her in the right direction. Juanita found out about the Healing School while watching television, “I first saw
Pastor Chris on TV, and I noticed that he wasn't talking about himself; I could see that the Holy Spirit was
working through him and he preached Jesus. When I saw a miracle from the Healing School, tears came to my
eyes and I said, ‘Lord, if you could do it for her, then you can do it for me too’.” With faith sparked up in her heart,
she registered for the Healing School session and immediately began to make arrangements to attend.

At the Healing School, every question she came with was answered, and she was ready to receive her
miracle. During the healing service, Juanita looked on with great expectation as the man of God, Pastor Chris,
approached her. “It was wonderful when I met the man of God. The Spirit of the Lord started to move through
me and I couldn't stop shaking. Pastor Chris breathed on me so softly and I fell to the ground. When I got up, I
felt relieved. For the first time in many years, I knew that I was healed,” she declared.

Three years later, a happy and radiant Juanita Nel returned to the Healing School to testify of the awesome
transformation in her life: “Now, I can do all things. I can eat and drink anything. I can lift my legs, I can fasten
my shoes. I live my life to the full now, there's nothing holding me back and there's no pain. I can honestly and
boldly tell the world that God is a healer because I have been healed; He healed me – body, soul and spirit.”

With a simple act of faith, God reversed Juanita's situation and restored her life. Truly, the just shall live by faith
and nothing is impossible to him that believes.
 The Miracle Faith Seminar (MFS) is an outreach
of the Healing School, in collaboration with Christ
Embassy Churches, to thousands in cities and
nations around the world. Through wonderful
times of fellowship, as well as awesome
teachings on faith, healing and divine health,
many have their faith strengthened to receive
miracles.

Each edition of the MFS is marked by great

manifestations of God's love and His grace upon
all men. The atmosphere at these programmes is
filled with excitement and an air of celebration as
people from within and outside the host cities
gather for times of worship and exultation. The
power of God is always present to heal; many who
come to the meeting with various ailments receive
their miracles. Glorious testimonies abound in
their lives as a result.

Over time, the Miracle Faith Seminars have

impacted hundreds of cities in different countries,
bringing the tangible presence of God to
thousands of people across all continents and
many in their thousands received salvation and
the infilling of the Holy Ghost; thereby adding to
the church and increasing the body of Christ.

In May 2015, my husband and I visited the hospital after I had suffered several miscarriages without
explanation. Several tests were carried out, and the doctor found out that I had hormonal imbalance and
that my womb had been displaced. Hence, even if I conceived, the pregnancy would not stay. I was told
it would be corrected surgically, but it would involve a lot of pain. I began to meditate on this pain and
what I would have to go through.

Then, I decided to give a special seed towards the Healing School Session for my health, and that
Sunday, I took the seed to church and my Pastor prayed for me.

I went back to see the doctor a few weeks later, so that we could start the procedure. However, while I
was being examined in the theatre, my doctor expressed shock because the womb had gone back to its
normal position. She scheduled another appointment for the following week, to check the positioning of
the womb again, but the result was still the same; every anomaly had been fixed!

Not long after, I conceived again, and this time, there were no issues. When it was time to have the baby,
several complications arose, but my faith overcame every challenge. I put my trust in God and I
prevailed by His hand. I delivered a very beautiful baby boy who is perfect and doing excellently well. He
is my proof that God makes all things beautiful in His time.

I bless the name of the Lord; I give God praise for his faithfulness and love. With just one seed, my body
was restored to normal; I didn't have to go through any pain, and my joy is complete. I'm sound and I
have the healthiest baby. My partnership seed worked for me, it did what no man could do for me.

 Bleeding refers to blood loss, and can occur in almost any area of the body; injuries often result in
bleeding. Although bleeding has interesting health benefits like improving blood flow and balancing iron
levels in the blood, you need to understand how to treat common bleeding incidents, as well as when to
seek medical help.

1. Care for Bruises: Bruising is said to occur when a person bleeds underneath the skin and this
can follow blunt trauma with minor bleeding at the site of direct impact. Depending on the cause
of the injury, a bruise may arise in minutes or may take hours to days to appear (as seen in cases
of internal injuries). For a mild bruise, keeping the surface clean and dry is important, and will
speed up the healing.

2. Care for Grazes: Minor grazes on the skin usually occur when a person slides and falls on a
rough or dirty surface, thus resulting in a minor injury to the skin. This kind of wound is usually
contaminated with dirt and needs to be washed with mild soap and under clean running water, or
cleaned with a disinfectant wipe when first aid is being applied.

3. Care for Cuts: Minor cuts are commonplace and when they occur, treat simply by cleaning the
surface of the wound with clean running water, get the surface dry by patting it with a clean
bandage and apply a clean dry dressing such as a band aid or plaster dressing.

4. Care for Deep Cuts: First aid for deep cuts includes cleaning the surface of the wound and
applying direct pressure over it by using an appropriate bandage or dressing pad. Pressure
should be maintained for at least 10 minutes to stop the bleeding.

5. Care for Nose Bleeding: The sight of a nose bleed can be scary for some, but all you need to do
is to encourage the casualty to lean forward, apply pressure to the blood vessels of the nose by
pinching the nostrils for 10 minutes while encouraging the person to breathe through the mouth.
Calling for emergency services may be required if the bleeding does not stop.

When to Seek Medical Help:

You should immediately see a doctor or get the attention of other medical professionals if:
• Internal injury or shock is suspected.
• Bleeding can't be controlled – particularly if it was caused by a severe injury and requires a
tourniquet.
• The wound or injury requires stitches.
• Gravel or dirt can't be removed easily with gentle cleaning.
• Signs of infection develop – signs such as increased pain, redness, swelling, yellow or brown
fluid, fever, or red streaks spreading from the site toward the heart.
• Injury was caused by an animal or human bite.
• The patient has not had a tetanus shot in the last 5 to 10 years.

 “Watch the way you talk. Let nothing foul or dirty come out of your mouth.
Say only what helps, each word a gift” (Ephesians 4:29 MSG).
It's sad when people aren't careful with their
words. Imagine someone who keeps saying,
“I just don't know what's going on with my life;
nothing seems to be working. Worst still, I
have a problem controlling my mind, my
thoughts, and my emotions.” You shouldn't
talk like that. If that has been your experience,
it doesn't mean your experience should
control you. Don't voice the negatives, no
matter how dire the situation.
Your speech dictates the circumstances of
your life. If you say you have no control, you'll
lose control. If you say you've got problems,
then you'll really have them. The life that we
received in Christ is an excellent one; it's
glorious and extraordinary; it's the
transcendent life. Your speech should be
consistent with that life.
The main reason many people have their lives
upside down is because they don't talk right.
You were born to win always! You're built for
success; it's part of your make up. Talk that
way!
Refuse to be defeated! Refuse to be weak!
Get yourself together and declare that you are
a success; born to reveal the glory of God.
Declare that your life goes upward and
forward only. Control the circumstances of
your life with your tongue. Don't wait; start it
now if you've not been doing it. Your mouth
was given to you to chart your course in life. if
your words are disorderly, your life will go in
that direction; if your words are excellent, then
your life will go accordingly as well.
The character of your words is the character
of your personality. So, watch your words! No
man ever got better than his words; your life is
the expression, the manifestation, and the
reflection of your words. Words define your
life and your value.
CONFESSIONS
The Word of God is in my heart and in my
mouth. My words are wholesome and they're
producing life and health to my body. I am
fortified by the Word of God and strengthened
with might by the Holy Ghost. I'm more than a
conqueror, through the power of God's Spirit
at work in me.
My body is the temple of the Holy Ghost, the
tabernacle of the living God; therefore, my
body is immune to disease and infection. I
cannot be sick, because the greater One lives
in me. Divinity is at work in me, and I am
victorious in all things. Hallelujah!
I walk in dominion today because God has
imparted divine health into my body. Thus,
nothing can stop or prevent me from fully
enjoying health in my physical body, which
God has committed to my care.
The Holy Spirit dwells in me, so I'm
adequately cared for, to the glory of God! I wax
stronger by the day and manifest the glory of
God, even in my body, everywhere I go. I
thank my God, for giving me a life that is
superior to sickness, infirmity and all the wiles
of the devil.
Disease has no place in me for I'm born of
God; I am a new creation, a partaker of God's
glorious nature! Christ's nature makes me
unsusceptible to defeat, failure or any form of
ill health.
