Anew Vendor Management System (VMS) Portal - www.vms.guynl.com has been developed and is proposed to be introduced to streamline and enhance the effectiveness of Invoice submission process by Vendors online. This initiative is a part of our ongoing commitment to efficiency, transparency and collaboration with our valued Vendors. Key Features of the Vendor Management Portal: 1. User-Friendly Interface: This portal is designed in-house with an user- friendly interface to facilitate easy navigation and efficient submission of invoices by Vendors. 2. Secure Access: Vendors will have secure access to the portal, ensuring confidentiality and integrity of the data exchanged during the invoice submission process 3. Real Time Tracking: The portal provides ‘real time’ tracking of invoice status, allowing vendors to monitor the progress of their submissions and receive timely updates. 4, Document Management: Vendors can upload and manage supporting documents seamlessly, reducing paperwork and streamlining the documentation process. 5. Security: To ensure security, the Invoices and documents shall be digitally signed by the VendorsAccordingly, in the first phase, the Vendor Management System Portal shall be implemented by GSECL and GETCO in their Corporate Offices and also in one Store location. The Vendors have to be encouraged to implement the new Portal. The newly developed VMS portal has been already tested by your concerned Officers of GSECL and GETCO for implementation.
