Dire Enchini Woreda Promotion Cooperative Agency has secured a budget from the FSRP (FOOD
SYSTEM RESILIENCE PROGRAM) for Warehouse projects construction listed below that are located in
Dire Enchini of West Shoa Zone, in Oromia National Regional State.

Accordingly, the Woreda now invites sealed bids from eligible bidders for the execution and
completion of the following projects.

from Ministry of Construction Authority MoCA /Oromia Construction Authority (OCA) and
Oromia Regional concerned Bureaus.
Evidence of Being a registered supplier under the Public Procurement and Property
Administration Agency (PPPA).

2. A complete set of bidding documents may be purchased from Dire Enchini Woreda Finance
Office, payment of a non-refundable fee of ETB 1,000.00.

3. The bid security or CPO should all be separately enclosed in an envelope and submitted with the
technical proposal envelope marked with the name of the bidder on the envelope and see the
purchased bid document.

4. The construction companies are invited to submit their original and copy document containing
the "Technical" and "Financial" proposals that separately shall be enclosed in one single outer
envelope further clarified in the bidding document for the execution and completion of the cited
contract.

5. Bid Document must be delivered to the address below and the Bid submission date must be
after The 30th day from the announcement date if the 31st day is not a working day the Bid
submission date is the next working day on or before 10:00 A.M. Electronic bidding will not
be permitted. Late bids will be rejected. Bids will be publicly opened in the presence of the
bidders or designated representatives and anyone who chooses to attend at the Dire Enchini
Woreda Deputy Administration Office at 10:30 A.M.
