5. Fix the Scan Point Sensor under the table of Paper Cutter, behind the backgauge. You need to let it have
a gap of 10-20mm away from the backgauge. And it must also be installed at the front of Limit Switch,
leave it around 10-20cm gap.
6. Fix the Knife Sensor beside the knife. If the knife going down it will light on, knife going up it will light
off.
*Three sensors are the same, just depends on which position you install them and they will be labeled
accordingly
MOTOR DIR – Press the Blue ^ & v buttons and check does the backgauge move accordingly. If not,
press the POS DIR to correct it.
TABLE BLOWER VALVE – After you have done setting everything on next page, you can change to
NO or NC just according your needs. (Note: Our given Sensor is NO)
FIX HYDRAULIC PLATE SWICTH – After you have done setting everything on next page, you can
change to NO or NC just according your needs. (Note: Our given Sensor is NO)
BELT PULLEY (BACKGAUGE SCREW) is for you to key in how many teeth does your Big
Synchronous Wheel have. Normally is 40 teeth.
BELT PULLEY (MOTOR) is for you to key in how many teeth does your Small Synchronous Wheel
have.
BACKGAUGE SCREW ROD is for you to key in how many mm does your screw rod turns one
round. The ways of calculation is mark where the backgauge is on. Then press “Test” on the display and
the backgauge will move (10 rounds on screw rod) . Measure the distance between the original point and
after TEST backgauge location and the mm between is what you should key in in here.
Press “NEXT”
2. Check the mm display here and measure the actual backgauge distance between the backgauge to the
blade cutting location to see does it correspond (same) (See Img.1). If its not, press “SETTING”, key in
1234 as password, and at the SCAN POINT SIZE change to the actual size you just measure (See
Img.2). Then go to the main page, press GROUP and press “Reset” to reset it (See Img.3). Then check
again to see is the distance between backgauge and cutting same as the one display on the screen. You
may also key in few sizes to do measurement again to make sure its accurate.

3. For the limit switch have Normal Open (NO) and Normal Close (NC), if you want to change anything,
press SETTING, key in password of 19940, then there will show NO and NC, just change anything you
want accordingly. (Note: Our given Sensor is NO, please contact your salesperson if you want to change
anything)
1.GROUP - Can save up to 150 groups of data, press the number beside to select which data you need.
If press the GROUP icon for 1 second, it will pop out “MM” & “INCH” for you to choose the unit of
measurement. There is also a LENGTH OF PUSHING for you to set the pushing length for every manual
cut (See image below)
2.STEP – Show you which step is it now. There are up to 112 Cutting Sizes you can set.
3.Backgauge Controls – Single Arrow is moving 0.10mm, Double Arrows is moving more according to the
duration of you press the button.
5.CYCLE – If you have a constant size want to cut, the CYCLE function will help you to predict and
calculate automatically (See image below)
7.AUTO – After cutting the 1st size, the backgauge will automatically move to the 2nd size and so on
according to your setting
8.RUN – Press it if you are using the MANUAL function to let the backgauge move to the size you set
9.C – Auto Blower. Green means blower is enabled, non – green means blower is disabled. You can press it
according to your needs and each blower can be control independently for each cut. Please note that you will
also need to enabled the AUTO BLOWER (No.11) & AUTO(No.7) function to use this function.
10.T – Auto Pushing. If you want to change position of your paper and want the backgauge push your paper
out a bit after the cut, you may set the pushing size. Green means pushing enabled, non-green means
pushing disabled.
12.PUSH – Manual Pushing. If you are using Manual Function, then you will need to use manual pushing.
The size is setting in “GROUP” (Press for 1 second)->LENGTH OF PUSHING
