9
WHY DO OUR CLIENTS NEED TO START WITH
THEIR STUDENT VISA APPLICATION TODAY
If a client is eligible for the student visa process, this means that they would need to
register immediately to ensure their application is secured - we get thousands of
applicants on a daily basis that are eligible for the student visa to permanent residency
but we can only accommodate a limited number of people.

The immigration process is based on points which are affected by a number of factors
- if a client meets the requirements they would need to start the process immediately
as any of those factors could change at any time. For example, should a client get older,
then they would lose points for age and could no longer be found eligible or if they
should fall ill with a medical condition or get convicted in the time they would also no
longer be found eligible for the process.

The Canadian Government has a dynamic set of Rules and Regulations for immigration
that frequently changes according to what the economy requires and if a client is
found eligible for the process they should grab the opportunity with both hands as
these rules and regulations could change at anytime and their application could no
longer be available as they would no longer be found eligible.

Clients should also keep in mind that in order to successfully come over to Canada and
effectively obtain their PR - they would need to be accepted by a designated learning
institution , these DLIs all have their own acceptance period and you need to be
registered within a certain amount of time in order to receive a LOA ( letter of
acceptance). This LOA is one of the most important factors for immigration as this will
allow you to study , get your PGWP and ultimately PR.

The Canadian Government has no limit on the amount of people that can come and
study in the country which is why there are so many people applying for the student
visa , however clients need to keep in mind that the DLIs can only accommodate a
certain number of students that will be allowed to study. Just like any university you
need to apply when the application period is open and even so, the institution will ONLY
accept a certain number of people to come and study - keeping in mind we already
have young Canadian adults who also want to study and they will be given first
preference to study as they are Canadian.

If you apply late, you will be waitlisted for the school

You will miss your processing window if we have the loa and it hasn't submitted yet
Canadian gov
intakes - January , may and September - schools can take up to 8 weeks to respond
and then it takes another 4 weeks to receive the loa to apply

THE STUDENT VISA SCRIPT

Hi, Am I speaking with_____?

How are you today?

I trust you are available to discuss and complete the registration for your final
steps for your Visa Processing ?

Your Evaluation Results have been Successful so Congratulations!

You will be proceeding forward with the Student Visa to Permanent Residency
as this is going to be the best and the fastest way for you to get Residency in
Canada.

This means the first year you will be able to study in Canada. It does not have
to be something major, it can be something basic so that it can bring you into
the country to work and sustain yourself while living in Canada. We have an
Amazing Academic Adviser who will provide you with a list of courses and
institutions that you will be able to review and choose from. Our academic
advisors have a vast knowledge of the different programs and institutions
that would allow for you to continue your education, with the highest rates of
success.

This is a great opportunity as it will help you gain Canadian working

experience which is exactly what the Canadian Government is looking for. The
Canadian Government has created A program called the Canadian
Experience Class for individuals such as yourself who have completed studies
and set out to work in Canada. It will allow for you to come to Canada and to
potentially get the Canadian Experience Class Program so you can earn your
Residency.

11
After one year of living, working, and studying in Canada you would have
gained a Canadian certification that will benefit you. This will then allow you
to obtain a PGWP to work full time in Canada for one year so you will be able
to gain additional Canadian Experience which will help you obtain Permanent
Residency in Canada at a later stage. The processing time for this Visa is only
3-6 months. The amount for the Visaprocessing is $1700.

Once this is complete, I will send your signed retainer to the RCIC and they will
contact you within 2-3 business days to continue with your Student Visa
processing so that we can get you to Canada as soon as possible. In addition,
a dashboard will be activated for you with a full drop-down list of descriptions
of documents that will be required to get you started on this journey. More
than that, you will also be assigned to a case officer who will work with you.

side by side with the RCIC, to collect, and approve your documents. When
your profile is completed, we will submit the application to the Canadian
Government on your behalf.

Right now, I am going to confirm your necessary details then we will register
you for the Student Visa Processing.

Once payment is completed

1. Case officer will contact you to activate your visa dashboard.

2. Your academic advisor will then provide you a list of your school and course
options

3. Your visa application process with the RCIC

POTENTIAL OBJECTIONS OR CONCERNS AROUND THE STUDENT VISA

● Can I live anywhere?

This could be the literal meaning, where the client would like to know in which
area they will be living OR it could be the client asking about accommodation.
Probe more to establish the specifics of the question

We do take our clients preferences into consideration as we go through the

immigration as the decision would need to be one that ensures you are
comfortable and that's exactly why we will be personally assigning you to an
Academic Advisor - they will be able to assist in doing research for an
institution to study at and along with this they will be able to inform you where
the institution is located and give you further information about
accommodation while studying.

Should the client ask if WE are able to help them with a place to say:
We don't offer placement when it comes to accommodation, however our AA’s
can also help you with the research and give you all the necessary advice
needed to make an informed decision about where to live and how to to look
for a place to stay that suits your needs.

13
● Why do I need savings ?
Keep in mind that when answering this question that you could raise an
objection so answer carefully!

Savings is to show the Canadian Government and institutions that you are
able to pay for your tuition fees and that you are also able to comfortably
sustain yourself while you are studying .

● What if I don't have savings ?

The process of immigration can take anywhere between 3-6 months , you’ll
have more than enough time to save. As long as your academic advisor is
aware of your concerns they will be able to help you find the solution to
anything you may need.

● Can I bring my family?

This could be a huge deciding factor for clients who are immigrating to
Canada specifically for the future of their families.

Your results and process has already been structured around you immigrating
with your family. The process that will happen with you and your family will
occur in stages. The first stage will be you successfully obtaining your student
visa to permanent residence and after you have been approved , we will be
able to apply for an open work permit for your spouse and study permits for
your kids .

● But I want permanent residency

If a client expresses this concern it means that you may have not explained
the process clearly and you may have to recap if they persist.

We understand that PR is your goal and this is going to be the easiest way to
get what you want. The process is not focused on you applying for a student
visa but rather focused on helping you get your permanent residency in the

14
simplest way possible and at the moment the best way to do that is to gain
Canadian experience through studying and working.

● But I have a job offer so I should get more points

Often clients do not understand how job offers work and are not informed
about the LMIA - probe to find out if they know what is and if the company
they’ve received the offer from has provided this document and personalize
the solution to their skill

The reason you have not gained the extra points for your job offer is because
we require an LMIA to validate the job offer. Do you know what an LMIA is? (if
the client responds by saying no, then elaborate on the LMIA)
I also see that on your results that you are currently employed as (clients skill)
and this skill can be sourced from inside Canada already.

● Why can’t I apply for the Student Visa by myself?

This concern will ONLY come up if you haven't added enough value to your
product

You are able to apply for the student visa on your own.
Keep in mind that this is still the beginning of the process and that there are
still many steps that you’ll need to go through such as obtaining a letter of
acceptance from a DLI in Canada which plays a significant role in getting
approval from the Canadian government.
By registering for our process, this means that you will have your own personal
academic advisor that will be able to help you obtain the correct LOA as well

15
as the guidance from an immigration specialist when submitting your
application.

● Why can’t I just do this at a later stage? (emotional hook)

Remember that you are currently _____ years old , right now you’re thinking
about making this move for yourself and your family.
Delaying this process will only make the move more difficult for yourself .
Moving to another country is a big step because you’re changing your whole
life , the longer you stay in your current country, the more comfortable you’re
going to become and you’re going to become more reluctant to take this
opportunity as you’re going to see it as a risk because you would’ve now
settled down.
Now I need you to remember the reason you applied _________ ( go back
to prospecting) - by delaying this process you’ll be losing out on the reason
why you wanted to immigrate in the first place.

● I only want to work in Canada. I am not interested in the Student Visa.

This concern will come from:
○ Clients who are concerned when hearing that they have to work part
time
○ Clients who are concerned that they won’t find a job in Canada as a
part time worker
○ Clients who are not sure how they will sustain themselves while working
part time
○ Clients who believe they are to highly qualified for student Visa or to
work part time

Top Jobs in Canada in 2022 and How to Apply - CanadianVisa.org

I understand that you would like to come and work in Canada and the student
visa will help you do that - it allows you to work and study at the same time .
Finding a job in Canada won't be difficult at all - the reason the Canadian
immigration is open right now is because the government is actually looking
for people to come live AND work in Canada

● I want to speak to the Academic Adviser before registering for the Student
Visa

16
This objection could come up if your client doesn't understand or trust what
you are telling them - you may have missed a gap so probe to find out what
it is that you’ve missed before providing a solution.

What is it that you’d like to discuss with them ?

You will be able to speak to your academic advisor once we’ve successfully
registered you for the process , for now I’m able to assist you with anything you
may need or any questions you may have about the process .

● I didn’t want to study in Canada, I just wanted to work.

You qualified for the student visa which enables you to work in Canada as well,
as soon as you have Canadian certification and enough Canadian work
experience you will be able to apply for PR.

● I already studied , so why do I need to study again?

This is what you qualify for, we don’t need you to study anything major, it
could be a 1 year diploma or 1 year certification , anything to bring you into
the country to work and sustain yourself while you’re living in Canada.

● This is too expensive , I won’t be able to afford the tuition.

You will have plenty of time to save up money as the process takes 3-6
months upon submission of the application and of course you will choose a
course from the list of options that are provided to you by our Academic
Advisor.

WHY DO OUR CLIENTS NEED TO START WITH
THEIR EXPRESS ENTRY APPLICATION TODAY
1. If a client is eligible for the Express Entry process (FSWP) this means that they
would need to register immediately to ensure their application is secured - we
get thousands of applicants on a daily basis that are eligible for FSWP but we
can only accommodate a limited number of people.

2. The Express Entry works on their own points systems using what we call their
CRS score - this CRS score can be impacted by many factors such as
education, work experience, age, medical conditions etc - by waiting to register
for this process, any of those factors can change at anytime - meaning they
could no longer qualify for the Express Entry.

3. The Canadian Government has a dynamic set of Rules and Regulations for
immigration that frequently changes according to what the economy requires
and if a client is found eligible for the process they should grab the opportunity
with both hands as these rules and regulations could change at anytime and
their application could no longer be available as they would no longer be found
eligible.

4. Clients that are found eligible should ensure that their applications are
registered as soon as possible because the Express Entry is based on a client's
CRS score . Keeping in mind that the CRS score can range anywhere from
0-1200 points , the Canadian Government will be more inclined to invite people
into the country that has a higher CRS score . So if clients are not able to move
forward immediately this means that if we get a client with a higher CRS score
- (meaning stronger qualifications and more work experience) Then they will be
given first preference to apply.

5. In order to officially qualify for the Express Entry - clients require an ITA to apply
- inorder to receive this invitation to apply for permanent residency they will be
registered into a pool of candidates. The longer a client waits to register for the
process, the later they are registered into the pool which means this will
decrease their chances of being selected when the rounds of invitations are
issued as the government will select clients who have applied earlier.

21
THE EXPRESS ENTRY SCRIPT
Hi, Am I speaking with_____? How are you today?

I trust you are available to discuss and complete the registration for your final steps
for your Visa Processing ?

Before we start, I'd like to know how your journey with a Canadian Visa has been so
far?

This is very exciting and not many people have the opportunity for this program so
this is something that we will need to secure right away as there are only limited
Applications.

REMEMBER - PROSPECTING QUESTIONS SHOULD ALREADY BE ON THE CRM - JUST

RECONFIRM THE INFO YOU ALREADY HAVE

● Why have you decided to Immigrate to Canada?

● Have you saved to come to Canada? If yes How much savings do you
have?

Once you are registered under Express Entry and are admitted into the Pool of
Candidates and the Job Bank of Canada, this is where your file will be reviewed by
Federal immigration officers. You could possibly be issued with an invitation to apply
for Permanent Residence through a federal Immigration Official, a nomination
through a provincial nominee program or a Job Offer from a Canadian Employer.
Any invitation you receive you get to decide which one it is you want to accept.

Canadian employers will have access to your Express Entry registration details
through the new Canadian Job Bank. This means Canadian employers will be able to
review your file, they can offer you a job in Canada. The participating Canadian
Provinces and Territories will also seek to recruit candidates from the Express Entry
system to meet their local labour market needs.

If you receive a job offer or are recruited by one of the Provinces or Territories of
Canada you will receive an invitation to submit an application for Permanent
Residence. Receiving an offer to submit an application for Permanent Residence

22
means your chances of approval are high, otherwise you would not receive an
invitation to apply.

Naturally the RCIC is more than able to assist you with the process from start until
completion. Express Entry will provide many windows of opportunity to those who
register under the program. The manner in which your information and credentials
are presented when you register is crucial and will make the difference between
success and failure.

Our RCIC members know exactly what the Canadian Government and Employers are
looking for so they will be handling all of your legal documentation and
representation to the Canadian Government ,along with the preparation course I can
tell you that you will be in the best position to immigrate and start a new life in
Canada

Once this is complete, I will send your signed retainer to the RCIC and they will
contact you within 2-3 business days to continue your Express Entry processing so
that we can get you to Canada as soon as possible.

Right now, I am going to confirm your necessary details then we will register you for
the Express Entry procedure

23
POTENTIAL OBJECTIONS OR CONCERNS AROUND THE EXPRESS ENTRY

● How will I find a job? ( use the dashboard)

Top Jobs in Canada in 2022 and How to Apply - CanadianVisa.org

With the express entry finding a job will be really simple and you’ll be getting
all the help you need. Not only are you recognised as a skilled worker when
you’re registered for the express entry but you will also be registered into the
job bank of Canada which is one of the ways you can receive a possible job
offer.

You will also be assigned to a case officer and RCIC that can give you all the
advice and tips you need to find a job in Canada.

● Can I add my mother (60 years old to the application)

This could be a dealbreaker for some clients that are focused on their families
so you have to answer that will reassure your client about the decision they’re
about to make.

The cut off age for our process is 48 years and 10 months old, however the
Canadian government does offer sponsorship programmes for parents and
dependants. So once we’ve registered you for the process, you’ll be in contact
with your RCIC and they’ll be able to advise you on what to do and how to go
about bringing your family with you to Canada and that can only be done if
you yourself have undergone the immigration process.

● Can I bring my family ?

Of course you’ll be able to bring your family - the express entry process is for
skilled workers and their families who want PR.

24
● How long is permanent residency valid for ?
This will usually come from a client that really wants to stay in Canada

Permanent residency is usually valid for the duration of time that you stay in
Canada. You can choose to extend your stay or even apply for citizenship, for
example in order to become a Canadian citizen, you only need to stay in
Canada for 3/4 years and you’ll be able to apply for your passport provided
that you actually STAY in Canada.

● Why do I need to pay for this Express Entry today ? - I've already qualified?
This will come from a client who doesn't see the value or urgency of what
you’re explaining about the product - probe to find out if there's anything
you’re missing

You’ve been found eligible for the express entry based on the points you’ve
accumulated through the evaluation process. Which means that you still need
to go through the process of registration and getting an ITA, and in order to
ensure that you have a higher chance of success with the process we need to
get you registered today. You’ve been found eligible TODAY so we need to
secure your application today because there’s no guarantee that you will still
be found eligible on another day.

If the client still objects - probe more about possible reasons that could
possibly make your client feel uncomfortable about wanting to pay
immediately.

● Can you guarantee me PR ?

This will come from a client that is worried about not investing with the
correct company and you need to reassure them and explain what makes
our company and RCICs different from others.

You have already been found eligible for the express entry which is the first
step in obtaining your permanent residence. You will be working with a
dedicated case officer as well as a qualified RCIC who gives us a 97% which
means your application will be handled correctly and according to the
standard of the Canadian government.
Keep in mind that inorder for your application to stand the highest chance of
success, we will need you to work with us and the necessary deadlines that
have been set in place to ensure everything is submitted and on time.

Conley IELTS Prep Course (English) $1500

Conley
Please address in a conversational way - The most important part of Conley is never to
pitch it but rather to make it sound like a saving grace.

Intro:
IELTS is an English test that needs to be completed by demand of the Canadian
Government. It's a hard test to say the least. It was designed to trick the English dialect to
test 4 major components which are Listening, Reading, Listening and Speaking. Listening is
the hardest component. You will be tested on writing letters and essays as well as
paraphrasing and audio listening. Even people in English speaking countries like the UK,
America etc. fail the test. The misunderstanding is that people usually think it's 'just a
normal English' test as you would write in school but it's not.
Impact:
Now I'm not trying to scare you but it's important that you know it's a serious test and that it
is carefully looked at because it holds the greatest number of points in your visa process.
The aim is to make sure that when you're working and studying in Canada that you are able
to fully comprehend and communicate with locals and attend and pass job interviews.
Rope in:
Our aim is to make sure you score the highest possible band score. For this, we have
sorted through thousands of institutions to find the best ielts course for international
foreigners to take that would take them to higher levels
Give and do not sell: the actual pitch

POTENTIAL OBJECTIONS OR CONCERNS AROUND CONLEY PREP

● Why do I need to take the IELTS course ?

● I can do it in my home country…
This will be asked by clients who don't really see the value of what you’re
offering so you’ll need to make them aware of what they’ll be getting by
doing Conley vs them doing it on their own.

The reason our clients take the Conley prep course is because the IELTS is
difficult as is and the Canadian government expects the clients to score well
to actually qualify for their visa programme. We’ve had clients try and prepare
themselves before and even do it through organizations in their own country
and all of those clients have come back to us requesting for our help after
getting low scores.
We don't want you to make the mistake of not being prepared and then
delaying your entire immigration process.

● This is great but I’m currently doing a course through Cambridge university
● But English is my first language
This objection may not only be Cambridge - but also may be an English
accredited university or even could be given by someone whose native
language is English and they see nothing wrong with their English.

It's excellent that you’re proactive with your immigration and that's exactly why
I’m going to be registering you for the Conley Course.

31
A Lot of our clients immigrate from English speaking countries with great
programmes for IELTS exam preparation.
Keep in mind that your institution is specifically preparing you for the
standards of that particular country and that Conley university is specifically
accredited for Canada as the government has completely different standards
and even different types of IELTS exams to that country.
We want to make sure that you are fully prepared without any errors or delays
along the way.

● But I don't have this money now , as I have just paid for the visa process
This could be a genuine concern or a smokescreen for clients who don't see
the value of the product

You mentioned that you have already started saving for your immigration
process, so I don’t mind holding on the line if you need to transfer some funds
around - Feel free to take your time!

● Let me think about this and I’ll get back to you

This objection can mean many things - don't just assume you know the
solution , you HAVE to probe to find the real problem or concern.

What is it that you need to think about? The payment or the process?

PAYMENT - What about the payment are you concerned about ? Do you not
have the full funds available ?
-Use payment solutions

PROCESS - What about the process are concerned about ? Do you not fully
understand what I’ve explained ? Is there anything else you would like to
know? Would you like to know more about the company?
I am your account manager and I am here to help you with anything you may
need.

FIRST PITCHING AND ATTEMPTING TO CONVERT THE RECOMMENDED PROGRAM

too much extra information as this may cause unnecessary
questions/objections (REMEMBER, LESS IS MORE <3).

will actually proceed to payment with little to no objections, mostly
questions (breath and stay confident in your answers).

holiday - The client will have to wait for an invitation from the
Canadian government that says they may travel to Canada

documents and once completed - the RCIC will submit their
application directly to the Canadian Government

WORKING HOLIDAY VISA BUNDLE SCRIPT
Please check criteria with client nationality, passport and age to see
whether they are eligible to continue with WHV:
https://www.cic.gc.ca/english/work/iec/eligibility.asp

Client must be fully vaccinated to come on WHV.

Hello! May I speak with ___. My name is _ and I am calling you from Canadian Visa .org. How
are you today? Fantastic.

-Do you have access to your internet?

I do have great news for you. You are eligible to proceed with your working holiday visa
process.

Before i register you i would like to ask you a few questions

1. When does your passport expire

2. Have you saved up for the process? How much?
3. When would you like to be here?

Currently the pool is open as this is a seasonal visa.

The RCIC of Canada will be reviewing and analyzing all your information and documents,
filling in all your Visa application forms and handling all of the legal documentation on your
behalf.

You will be receiving an email and call from your case officer with the full list of documents
you need to provide to the RCIC in order for you to obtain your Working Holiday Visa.

Now, most importantly, i will be sending you a retainer agreement, an agreement between
you and the RCIC, once we have the hand signed retainer agreement back from you, we will
have the RCIC and his professional team contact you within 48 hours and they will then be
doing everything with you step by step thereafter.

The total cost for the Canadian Working Holiday Visa Registration Package inclusive of the
Job prep course is $1500). Governmental fee is 235 CAD (inclusive of biometrics)

40
We will now be registering you for the Working Holiday visa process. Will you be using the
same card as before or a new card to process your payment now?
Is this your personal card?

Please note - Countries that require a person to provide proof of address have to apply for
the working holiday visa and do their biometrics from within their country.
Benefits of RCIC:

1. RCIC process visa on the clients behalf

1. Should the client need to know any more info 24/7 assistance
1. If the client ever wants to put the file on hold then we will until the client is ready to
process.

41
RCIC & The working holiday benefits

- The RCIC is licensed and authorized to process the visa on the client’s behalf.
This ensures no mistakes are made during the submission process and
provides the client with the highest rate of success.
- Our RCICs are located in Canada. A common rejection reason is late
submission of mandatory documents (Biometrics/Open Work Permit
application/Submitting the application once an ITA is received). Being in
Canada and having an extensive understanding of the Visa application
process ensures the client’s success rate is as high as it possibly can be.
- The WHV is a seasonal Visa, meaning it is not available all year round.
Applications are EXTREMELY limited, therefore having a representative who
understands the ins and outs of the process is a major advantage.
- An above 97% success rate (OUR FAVOURITE).
- 12/5 Customer service provided by the clients team of Case Officers ensuring all
queries and questions are followed up with ASAP.
- Knows exactly what the Government and employers are looking for.
- If the client would like to place the application on hold (after they pay, of
course), we provide this time until the client is ready to proceed.

- The WHV does not provide the client with a Job Offer. Upon approval of the
application, the client receives an Open Work Permit. This allows the client to
work for most Canadian Employers without restrictions. This means that the
client needs to know how to find, apply for, and attract the best employment
opportunities - this is exactly what the Job Prep course is designed to do.
- The course will assist clients to identify what Canadian employers are
looking for. - The course is short. It usually takes around 1-2 months to
complete but can be completed in a much shorter time if the client would

42
like to.
- 100% online so it's non-invasive on the client’s personal and work
responsibilities. - The client gets a 1-on-1 coaching service hosted by a

Canadian Human Resources professional, ensuring the client can remain

professionally competitive in the Canadian Job market.

Common Questions a client may have:

1. “Do I need a job offer before I can be accepted for the Visa?”

- No. Clients are required to get an Invitation to Apply through the WHV
pool, however they do not require a job offer to get accepted.

2. “How many hours can I work during my stay?”

- There are no restrictions on the amount of hours a client may work in

Canada on this Visa.

3. “Am I allowed to work for more than one employer on this Visa?”

- Clients are able to work for more than one employer during their

stay.

4. “Can I travel around or do I have to stay in a specific province or

city?”

- Clients are able to work in more than one location during their

stay.

5. “How long does the process take?”

43
- The average processing time is around 3-6 months.

Common Objections:

1. “This is too expensive. I could do this by myself for a lot cheaper.”

- 1 in every 3 clients applying by themselves are rejected during the Visa

application process. This is due to common reasons such as late
submissions, incorrect documentation and misrepresentation. Our RCICs
have years of experience in assisting our clients successfully obtain their
visas. THE WHV is a once in a lifetime opportunity. Working with an RCIC
ensures your first application has the highest probability of success, and
gives you the comfort to know that your application is in the right hands.
(don’t be afraid to tack on the benefits of the Job Prep course, and probe as
to whether the client's concern is value or affordability. Value = benefits &
affordability = Partial Payments).

2. “I’m not ready to pay for this now. It’s too expensive. I’ll call you back when I’m
ready.”

- Probe to understand if the client has a 3rd party that can assist /
Affordability issue - offer Partial Payments / Client could be afraid to
commit - probe to understand if security is the issue. Remember,
objections don’t change, only the product. The WHV is a SEASONAL visa
therefore its limited. This is a great basis to build urgency to close the
client with one of the above options.

44
WORKING HOLIDAY VISA SOLUTIONS FOR WHEN
THE POOLS ARE CLOSED

● Use the current pools as a solution.

- Explain to the clients how many invitations have already been provided and
how many are still waiting to receive their invitations.
- Explain that the chances of getting an invitation is low for the new season
because the ones still waiting from the previous season will be provided first
preference. Therefore, working with the RCIC will also increase your chances of
being able to receive an invitation, regardless of the above.

● The time frame of the new season will more than likely be in January. Mention
this to the client.
- Explain that the ones that applied last season but missed the deadline
will be given first preference so, you want to be registered now to avoid
disappointment. Sell RCICs.

● Switch up prospecting questions.

- Ask clients what their plans are for December to establish their financial
situation. Get in deep with their personal situation as we are coming to
the end of the year.

● Mention to clients that if they go on the government's website, they can’t

submit anything right now due to the pools being closed. The RCIC’s are able
to still process their application getting it prepared for when the pools open
up, which again is giving the client first preference. The RCIC’s will also be the

45
first to know the exact day and time the pools will be re-opening to give their
clients first preference.
● The government is more likely to take in an application prepared by the RCICs
because they know it will be up to their standards and it won’t be a messy
application or missing any vital information unlike when a client applies on
their own due to lack of knowledge.

That's exactly why I’m on the line with you, open up the retainer on your side
and we’ll go through it together . If you have any questions I’d be more than
happy to answer and explain everything you need to know.

IF CLIENT STILL OBJECTS:

The retainer agreement is specific to your profile and there's a lot of
information in the retainer that might not make sense to you, I’d like to explain
everything to you so that you know exactly what the retainer is about and
what everything in the retainer means and how you could possibly use it in the
future.

● Send me the retainer so that I can discuss it with my lawyer first

I’m glad that you are in contact with a lawyer , the extra information and
support will be very helpful to you. Keep in mind that you’re dealing with an
RCIC who is a specialist in immigration and this document was drawn up by
them . Immigration lawyers don't specialize in immigration so therefore they
wouldn't be any help when it comes to the retainer .
If you have any questions , you have me on the line to help you go through

will be in contact with the RCIC who can help you even further with

be sending them an activation link via email

Time Solutions - The below solutions are used at any time when a client
is requesting a callback at payment without swiping :

(Logical Response)

(Always start your solution with understanding)

So if it was up to me I wouldn't mind calling you back at any time but because the RCIC's are
authorized under Canadian Law they have a very specific mandate regarding the amount of
applicants they are able to accept under any visa program. It would depend on the RCIC's
mandate on the amount of applicants that have already registered under this program and then
we still need to consider applicants receiving their results today for the exact same program as
you. It's not that the RCIC's want to limit the number of applicants they accept but at the end of
the day they have to follow the overall quota set by our minister of immigration.

Shows actual governmental quotas client will search for Canada Immigration Quota and select
the option below

(Depending on type of client) - Emotional approach on how every applicant is treated

the same because Canada prides itself on equality.

“ If it was up to me I would be happy to call you back but the RCIC's have a mandate regarding
the amount of applicants they accept under each program from every country. I'm sure you
know the foundation of our country is equality to make sure that everyone in the world has the
exact same opportunity regardless of which country they are applying from. “

Objections where the above solutions are applicable

68
● Client: I need to discuss this with my family before making any decision please call me
back.

● Client: Thank you can you send everything to me in an email and I give me a call in a
few days

● Client: (At payment, client suddenly has to leave) My boss is calling me so we can
continue with this process on another day.

● Client: I dont have my card on me right now its at home you can call me back or send
me the link and I will continue when I get home

Funds

- Always start from a point of understanding

“ I do understand not everyone just has $1700 when they receive their results and it's perfectly
fine because this is not about funds. It comes down to availability. So in order for me to try and
get you the time you need there is a specific process we need to follow. “

OR

“ I will need to file a report which is sent off to the RCIC requesting an extension and in your
report I will need to provide a valid immigration reason as to why an extension is needed. - Now
there is no guarantee that the RCIC will grant the extension. This will depend on their mandate
for this program. The amount of applicants registered already and the amount of applicants
they can still accept. “

OR

“ Remember as I am discussing your results there is an entire department that deals with this
specific visa program Which means there are other applicants registering while we speak. “

OR

“ So since your reason is funds we will need to follow a 3 step payment protocol. This will allow
them to see, it's not that you don’t want to start your process but you just need extra time and
we will find out together on this call if they are able to grant the extension and for how long.”
( when speaking about the mandates of RCIC always use a percentage not a number
and keep it in the 90's)

69
(Remember to cancel out trust if all else fails)

Tricking into Legit. ( You just want to show them who they are signing the doc with and who will
be responsible for their process)

There are only 4 types of representatives in our country that are authorized under Canadian law
to process a visa, if your representative is not authorized and submits an application our
government reserves the right to reject your application due to misrepresentation as that makes
you inadmissible.

In legitimacy always do it from retainer to government website to mdc

Always show Known Agents as you can link it to point 5 in the retainer.

Retainer

So once you have signed the document you will be moved under signed applicants for this visa
program and the system will automatically send you the registration link to move forward with
the visa process.

Remember if they dont have funds the system automatically sends a new link when payment
declined.

(DON'T MENTION PAYMENT PLAN)

70
The system automatically divides the payment you have nothing to do with it.

UPSELL

Keep the call open for upselling

When client asks you is this the only payment/will there be any other payment after this

“ This is the only payment for the RCIC to process your visa. However it does not include
third party payments regarding documents.”

For example WES, IELTS or if you have to have any documents translated.

This leaves your opening for Conley/ Job Prep
