 Acquire HNI and Affluent Customers and increase value of book by acquiring new CASA customers and
deepening of account balances for existing customers.

 Generate Revenue from selling products CASA, Deposits, Assets, Business Banking, Trade&Forex,
Investments and Insurance.

 Selling all Investment and Insurance Products to HNI customers in order to meet their financial
planning and long term wealth creation.

 Manage the customers of the branch who are defined as HNI client and which one is map by head
office to individual Relationship manager

 Sale of third-party products (Life Insurance - LI, General Insurance - GI, Mutual Funds - MF) Debit/ Credit
Cards, etc. to the existing new customer.

 Focusing on increasing the Total Relationship Value (TRV) and acquiring All family accounts .

 Conduct seminars at branch in subject to Insurance & Investment product to financial awareness .

 All banking service queries will be passed on to the Customer Service Executive (CSE)

 Looking product penetration for the assigned client base, identify potential customers to enhance
product selling.

 All loans and cross sell referrals will be passed on to the respective units.

 Organize customer events to enhance customer bonding for Acquire new customers.

 Ensure that KYC/AML and other compliance norms are strictly adhered to Continuously keep self-
updated on changes in products, processes and compliance / regulatory norms .

 Provide complete and comprehensive information on products, services, charges etc. proactively to

 Conducts outbound marketing calls and scouts for new leads and referrals to generate business
 Responsible for sales of third-party products (Life Insurance - LI, General Insurance - GI, Mutual Funds - MF,
Debit/ Credit Cards, etc. to the existing customer base
 Lead generation for Current Account and Savings Account - CASA to new customers and deepening of account
balances for existing customers.
 Generate business from selling CASA, Deposits, Assets, Business Banking, Trade&Forex, Investments and
Insurance
Customer Service and Operations:
 Responsible for timely processing of bank transactions.
 Funds transfer, NEFT and RTGS transaction.
 Authorisation of all teller cash transaction and inward and outward clearing.
 Processing a Inward and Outward remittance transaction within a given cut off time.
 Issuance of TRAVEL currency cards.
 Opening of accounts.
 Reconciliation of office accounts / locker operation /stock reconciliation/authorisation of
transaction/processing.
 Ensuring timely resolution of customer queries and improving customer service levels.
Compliance:
 Compliance to the bank's rules - internal guidelines, processes and procedures.
 Timely updating all a financial transaction records and report in book and file.
 Responsible for improving the Internal Audit Operational Efficiency score of the branch by timely completion
of assigned tasks on continuous basis.
 Protecting bank's property as per safety norms and ensuring ethical conduct in ordinary course of business.
