Responsibility-
1. Summer Intern – Product (Business Analytics, Operations & Marketing)

 Benchmarking competition. Policy watch and bring in innovations to product

programs.
 TAT Tracking
 Undertake measures to plug outages
  Publish monthly dashboards with comments on Yields, Cost, Employee Productivity,
 foreclosures etc.
 Tracking cost lines i.e. Sales / Incentives / LOC / Cost of Loan Onboarding
 Product Pricing with periodic analysis basis industry.

Responsibility-
2. Summer Intern – Finance
Preparation of monthly treasury related activities like month end closure, cost of funds, ALCO
presentations, performing GL reconciliations and LCR etc.
 Analyze treasury related accounts, processes and foreign exchange transactions,
 Preparation of treasury audit schedules for borrowing repayment, investment schedule
and related
 income, amortization working,
 Forecasting projected cash flow, balance sheet and other key deliverables
 Support in defining treasury strategies for mix, risk weights exposure
 Evaluate, develop and automate ALM, treasury related process to optimize efficiently
 Analysis of fair value and performance reporting for treasury products
 Accounting for Derivative and hedges
 Ensure inter-company payments & reconciliations
 Training & development to other team members
 Conducting Variance analysis, competitor analysis in terms of process and policies
related to
 treasury activity.
 Preparation of treasury related return for submission to NHB/RBI return etc.

Responsibility-
3. Summer Intern- Cross Sell (Marketing)
Sell Secured Products to customers – Home Loan

 Pitches end to end information and converts customer the
required product
 Provide customers with complete product information.
 Explains the entire documentation process to avail a loan.
 Complete knowledge of the policy and process
 Coordinate with Branches on document collection and
processing of the loan
 Follow up till the case is disbursed
  Explain in detail the offer available for the customer
 Provide accurate information on documents required
 Ensure self-learning by participating in training conducted.
 Updates himself on the policy and process.
 Generate good quality leads quality
 Conducting Variance analysis, competitor analysis in terms of process and
policies related to
 treasury activity.
 Preparation of treasury related return for submission to NHB/RBI return etc.
