Summary
My last position as Merchant Acquisition & Analyst Supervisor (Sales and Marketing Department) at
PT. Jelajah Data Semesta (subsidiary of PT. Bali Tower Sentra, Tbk.). I have experience and proven
success within a structured sales environment including strategic account planning, sales analysis,
forecasting, and reporting. In addition, I have experience as Credit Control Specialist at PT. Nissan
Motor Distributor Indonesia. Main job related such as credit control, credit analyst, as
implementation of secure payment to reduce credit risk and improvement of business process.
Collaboration with business process owner, control owner, and control performer are also my part
of my approach to achieve business objectives.

Marketing & Sales Control (Budget & Expense) – PT. Nissan Motor Distributor Indonesia
Nov 2015 – Mar 2018
1. Prepared Budget Planning (BP) and delivered Marketing (FMI) & Sales (FMI, VME) forecast
through all related departments (Marketing, Sales, Dealer Network Development,
Communication, Marketing Intelligence, and Customer Relationship).
2. Summarized monthly forecast (actual and accrual) and verified budget approval as evidence
from all departments.
3. Submitted final forecast to Accounting Department with properly and timely manner.
4. Prepared FMI rolling forecast/ official forecast and analysis compare to BP & latest rolling
forecast (variance analysis).
5. Validated settlement of accrual (FMI) and reversed accrual over 3 months according to
Accounting department policy.
6. Validated VME claim from dealer such as Cash Discount, Additional Program, Incentive, Fleet
Discount, etc. and create approval for payment.
7. Validated Sales Program letter before sending to dealer.
8. Created database for FMI (BP, rolling forecast, budget approval) and VME (Sales register,
retail sales, sales letter, and data payment).
Achievement:
Appointed as Project Leader (FY17) to improve FMI & VME process claim (business
process, forecast template submission, VME template claim, and database for
validation).
Nissan Way appraisal score: Above Expectation (FY17).
