Summary
My last position as Merchant Acquisition & Analyst Supervisor (Sales and Marketing Department) at
PT. Jelajah Data Semesta (subsidiary of PT. Bali Tower Sentra, Tbk.). I have experience and proven
success within a structured sales environment including strategic account planning, sales analysis,
forecasting, and reporting. In addition, I have experience as Credit Control Specialist at PT. Nissan
Motor Distributor Indonesia. Main job related such as credit control, credit analyst, as
implementation of secure payment to reduce credit risk and improvement of business process.

1. Prepared and assigned credit rating review (Dealer Credit Grading) for new business partner
(dealer).
2. Conducted Dealer Credit Grading review in properly and timely manner for existing dealer
according to credit control policy.
3. Analyzed credit limit from dealer groups and dealer outlets (dealer parent company if
necessary) and provided suggestions for credit limit adjustment through additional outlet,
additional collateral, and wholesale transaction.
4. Handled review and approval of internal credit control policy and SOP (annually).
5. Conducted periodic covenant checking such as validity period of dealer Bank Guarantee.
6. Prepared periodical reports such as dealer credit limit analysis and dealer payment delay
analysis.
7. Conducted analysis and evaluation in reducing credit risk (if needed based on dealer
payment performance).
8. Analyzed data from various source and create financials model to predict credit risk
exposure.
9. Collaborated with related departments (cross function) in identifying and evaluating threats
and developed alternative actions in reducing credit risk, such as Overdue Interest Charge
implementation.

10. Monitored Account Receivable, provided dealer payment delay analysis, and presented to
Manager and CFO.
11. Conducted invitation for dealer or dealer visit information as assigned, such as monthly
meeting with dealer to discuss new policy implementation, dealer payment performance,
root cause of delay payment, and planning for new outlet.
Achievement:
 Appointed as Project Leader (FY18) to implement Credit Control function in PT.

Nov 2015 – Mar 2018
1. Prepared Budget Planning (BP) and delivered Marketing (FMI) & Sales (FMI, VME) forecast
through all related departments (Marketing, Sales, Dealer Network Development,
Communication, Marketing Intelligence, and Customer Relationship).
2. Summarized monthly forecast (actual and accrual) and verified budget approval as evidence
from all departments.
3. Submitted final forecast to Accounting Department with properly and timely manner.
4. Prepared FMI rolling forecast/ official forecast and analysis compare to BP & latest rolling
forecast (variance analysis).
5. Validated settlement of accrual (FMI) and reversed accrual over 3 months according to
Accounting department policy.
6. Validated VME claim from dealer such as Cash Discount, Additional Program, Incentive, Fleet
Discount, etc. and create approval for payment.

8. Created database for FMI (BP, rolling forecast, budget approval) and VME (Sales register,

process, forecast template submission, VME template claim, and database for
validation).
