ABSTRACT

The abstract should summarize the aims, implication of the topic of your
seminar and conclusion. The font style should be Times New Roman and font
size should be 12. Write your abstract within 200 words.

Use only “TIMES NEW ROMAN” font style. The “ABSTRACT” heading
should have font size 18 with bold font.

Use roman numbers for page numbering starting from ABSTRACT page till
CONTENTS.

Points to be considered while preparing the Report

1. The seminar report should be submitted in spiral binding. The report shall be typed on
one side only with 1.15’’ space with a margin 1.2” on the left, 1” on the top, on the
right and at bottom.
2. The text size should be 12pt in Times New Roman. There should be 1.15’’ spacing in
between lines in text section and single spacing in reference section.
3. The heading size in text section should be 14pt bold.
4. Before abstract, certificate will have to be attached & it will have the roman page no.i.
5. References need to be cited in the contents of the report using numbers. Use
chronological bibliography.
6. Each listed reference in the bibliography must be cited in the text of the report. The
reference details should be given at the end of the industrial training report in order of
their use in the text. Please refer to the sample reference format given below.

Introduction

The main content of the report begins here. Keep the chapter name in bold with font size 14.
The main content should have a font size 12, and use “Times New Romans” font style.
All sub-headings should have normal font size 12.
Use plain numbers for page numbering starting from Chapter 1 to end of last chapter.
Each new chapter must begin with a new page.
Provide figure numbers for each figure you put in your report in the example shown below.
Use center alignment.
