Fault phenomenon
Fault description:
When turn the power switch to on, the machine cannot power on, the indicators
don’t light up and the display remains black.
Checking Steps
Steps:
1.Check whether the AC power isconnected well.
2.Cross check the 2 power cable marked in the belowpicture loose or not,faulty
or not.

3.Crosscheck the AC power board.


4.Cross check the Mainboard.

Solution
Solution:
1.Replace power cable if the powercable fails;
2.ReplaceAC power board if the AC power board fails;
3.Replacepower mainboard if the mainboard fails;
BQ80 - display screen
abnormal

Fault phenomenon
Fault description:
1.When power on monitor, the machine’sdisplay is abnormal.
Cross-check Steps
Steps:
1.Cross check the LCD screen cableloose or not,faulty or not.

2.Cross check the LCD screen.


3.Cross check the Main board.

Solution
Solution:
1.Replace screen cable if the LCDscreen cable fails;
2.Replacescreen if the LCD screen fails;
3.Replacemain board if the main board fails.
BQ80 - touch screen abnormal

Fault phenomenon
Fault description:
1.After turning on the device, the touch screencannot respond or the
touchposition is invalid.
Cross-check Steps
Steps:
1.Utilize the control knob toenter into user maintenance (password 5188) in
system setup and choose thetouch screen calibration.
2.Remove back cover.
3.Cross check the touch screencable loose or not faulty or not.

4.Replace the mainboard to do across check.


5.Replace the touch screen to doa cross-check.

1.Calibrate the touch screen orreconnect the touch screen cable;

2.Replace mainboard if themainboard fails;

3.Replace touch screen if thetouch screen fails;


BQ80 - got weighing defect
Fault phenomenon
Fault description:
1.When operating weighing, thescreen doesn’t display the value and can not go to
the next weighing steps.
Checking Steps
Steps:
1.Wear anti-static wrist strap. Remove the upper/lower back covers. Disconnect
the DC cable
2.Remove these screws and disconnect all the cables then separate the control
board2# ( power control board). Please don’t damage the connector for interface
board.

3.Remove these screws. Clean the connector then install the control board#2 to
test again. If it doesn’t work, please go to the next step.

4.Cross check the control board#2 to test again


5.Cross check the interface board to test again.

6.Cross check the main board to test again.

Solution
Solution:

1.Clean the connector between thecontrol board#2 and interface board;

2.Reconnect the control board#2;

3.Cross check the control board#2, interface board and main board one by one;
BQ80 - got pressure difference
alarm defect
Fault phenomenon
Fault description:
1.When the pressure differencebetween air/oxygen gas source is normal range(
120K--160K), BQ80 triggers an alarm

Checking Steps
Steps:
1.Remove these 6 screws then separate themiddle back cover.
2.Please some pictures or video about the tubeconnection. It can help to connect
them correctly after replacing the blender.

3.Remove these tubes then remove the two screws, after that, separate the film
safety valve.
4.Remove theses 4 screws then separate the pressure gauge.

5.Remove theses 4 screws then separate the blender.

Solution
Solution:

1. Separate the middle cover, thendisconnect all the tubes.


2. Separate the film safety valve,pressure gauge of gas airway.
3. Cross check the blender then test again.
BQ80 - displays “Apnea
Wakeup Failure” alarm
Fault phenomenon
Fault description:
1.BQ80 displays the alarm message” Apnea Wakeup Failure”

Cross-check Steps
Steps:
1.If you do not need to use the apnea wake-up function, turn off the apnea wake-
up function.

2.If you need to use the apnea wake-up function, please reconnect the apnea
wake-up sensor.
3.Replace the apnea wake-up sensor to do a cross-check.

Solution

1. Choose to turn on or turn off the apnea wake-up function
2. Replace the apnea wake-up sensor if the apnea wake-up sensor fails;
BQ80 - displays “System error
62”

Fault phenomenon
Fault description:
1.The machine displays “System error 62”.
Cross-check Steps
Steps:
1.Cross check the solid state.

2.Cross check the heating drive board.


3.Method 1: Cross-check the temp control cable
Method 2: Utilize the buzzer or diode measurement function of the multimeter to
test each socket of the temp control cable, if there is no sound means that the
temp control cable is defective.

1. Replace solid state if the solid state fails;
2. Replace heating drive board if the heating drive board fails;
3. Replace temp control cable if the temp control cable fails.
BQ80 - displays “System error
3,4,5,6”

Fault phenomenon
Fault description:
1.BQ80 displays the alarm message” System error 3,4,5,6”.
Cross-check Steps
Steps:
1.Menu bar]>>>[System setup]>>>[Info], then check the software version of Ctl1,
Ctl2, HeatM, and Heats.

[Menu bar]>>>[System setup]>>>[Maintain]>>>password:2016>>>[Slave bound


number], change slave bound number to 9600 or 11520.
If the software version is V1.0.1, choose the slave-bound number to 11520
If the software version is V1.0.0, choose the slave-bound number to 9500
Then reboot the device to check if the alarm disappeared.
2.Replace the Control board 1 and do a cross-check.

3.After replacing a Control board1 but the device displays error”3,4” then replace
the Control board 2 and do a cross-check.
4.After replacing a Control board1 but the device displays error”5,6” then replace
the Heating driver board and do a cross-check.

1. Set the correct slave-bound number according to the software


version.
2. Replace the Control board 1 if the Control board 1 fails.
3. Replace the Control board 2 if the Control board 2 fails.
4. Replace the Heating drive board if the Heating drive board fails.
BQ80 - displays “System error
87” alarm

Fault phenomenon
Fault description:
1.BQ80 displays “System error 87 AC power supply failure”
Cross-check Steps
Steps:
1.Check the AC power supply is suitable for the device. (220V or 11OV)

2.Reconnect the cable between the heating driver board and the main control
board.
3.Remove the heating tube or remove the socket and then check the heating tube
and utilize the multimeter to test the resistance(150-180Ω).
4.Replace the hearting driver board to do a cross-check

5.Replace the main control board and do a cross-check.

1.Replace the AC supply if the type is wrong.
2.Replace the heating tube if the heating tube is wrong.
3.Replace the heating driver board if the heating driver board fails.
4.Replace the main control board if the main control board fails.
