Hey there I’m Jester Paul Llorente or people just call me ‘Jes’ for short

I’m the COO of Level Up Outsourcing formerly Outsource Monkey

Something fun about me is I love music such as playing the piano and a little bit of singing,
arts and sports though it doesn’t really look like it at the moment but yeah!

I love swimming, I’ve been a swimmer since middle school to high school and the last year of my
university days!

On my other side of things, I also love commanding basic military exercises for students since I’ve been
a part of National Service Reserve Corps based in our Uni back in the old ages!

I’ve been managing corporate teams for over many years now!

With experience in different Digital Marketing fields such as; Graphic Design, Video Editing,
Social Media Marketing, SEO, and Web Development.

I also specialise in Brand Establishment and Development, Operations and Human Resources in which I
developed during my time as the HR Manager of the company.

Why I really like working at Level Up Outsourcing? I got to maximise myself! Like bridging the gap
between the fear of doing new things to being successful and consistent in doing it!

I got to conquer the corporate challenges I’m just wondering before to resolving them straightforward by
strategically planning up until its execution!

Working at the company allows me to have the flexibility to still do professional work even by working
remotely.

Like I could spend more time with my family and loved ones, spend holidays out of town,
eat lunch with the food cooked by my mum,
and most importantly I don’t need to travel to go to work everyday and deal with traffic!

It actually reduced my overall monthly travel expense and just allocate it to other things!

Now this is actually a part of Level Up Outsourcing’s mission on it’s team members which I wish that
everyone could also achieve!
