I am a motivated, hard-working and personable Creative Media student currently studying at
Henley College who is seeking part time evening/weekend employment. I have strong
customer service skills, with an enthusiastic and positive approach to new challenges. Am
able to build relationships and rapports easily and a proven track record in building customer
loyalty. I work well within a team and independently. Computer literate with skills in admin,
social media, communication and presentation. I am trustworthy, reliable and dependable. I
believe I would be an asset to a business because I commit myself wholeheartedly to any
tasks I am set, can use my initiative and use criticism in a constructive way so that I am able
to develop and improve my skill sets. I always apply myself 100% in anything I do which I
have demonstrated in the past when working as part of the Entertainments Team at Legoland
Windsor for the Summer Season 2015, as a volunteer at Maidenhead Sports Able (a charitable
club set up to provide sporting activities for mentally and/or physically impaired children and
adults), and also from working at Leaseplan U.K. for summer work experience last year where
I gained invaluable knowledge of the inner workings of a large organisation and currently
working as an entertainments assistant during the summer holidays where I continue to gain
great customer service skills and the knowledge that company successes can largely be
attributed to encouraging customer loyalty and repeat business. My short term future goal
would be to gain part time employment in an organisation that is able to offer training so that
I can increase my knowledge of how a business operates which would then hopefully lead on
to my being able to see what elements of a business would then best suit my skill set and
apply them to the appropriate environment within that company.
Having an outgoing nature and can-do, hands on attitude , I believe a placement within an
established and enthusiastic company is something that I believe I could excel in and also
enjoy. Again, working at Legoland and Leaseplan has given me the understanding that each
and every customer needs to be treated as an individual and in order to do this effectively, I
have to tailor and adapt my approach to suit each customers personality. I believe a business
environment is a great starting point to gain a real insight into how a company operates as
this crosses into many areas such as Sales, Administration, Purchasing, Operations, Suppliers
and sometimes Warehousing. I believe working within a customer service role would increase
my confidence and more importantly, offer me a sound basis in which to form an opinion
about which areas of a business would suit me best to work within.
During my work experience/summer work, I found it really exciting to be part of an
organisation that believes each and every employee has a part to play in the successes of the
company and I continue to feel very motivated by this.

been used to dealing with many challenges on a daily basis at legoland.

Interests and Hobbies

I have been an avid Chelsea supporter from birth (thanks or maybe not to my father) so enjoy
attending matches. I really enjoying performing in drama productions either as part of my
GCSE/A Level studies at school or previously at Norden Farm Centre for the arts where I have
been lucky enough to get lead roles on several occasions. I love playing football, running,
rugby and swimming and was a member of Maidenhead Marlins (our local competitive swim
team) and also a member of Maidenhead Rugby club.
