After my undergraduate degree, I secured a job in a Travel and Tourism agency where I served in both customer advisory and sales roles, which gave me thorough insight into building and maintaining customer relationships as well as other business administrative procedures. My skills and passion for business motivated me to study at Masters level to further enhance my understanding and knowledge of business on an international scale. During my degree, I developed practical skills and gained great knowledge in the use of statistical tools and software. I am experienced in the use of Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint software as well as carrying out

researches over the Internet.

I used my problem-solving, team working and

creativity skills in individual and group projects.
