Graduation day speech—Junia UKG
1.A warm good evening,
To our Dear
Correspondent uncle,
Principal Mam,
Head teacher Mam,
Faculties,
Family,
Friends and
Fellow graduates.
2. My name is Junia.
3. It is my distinct pleasure and true honor to be part of this graduation day.
4. There is a common saying that, “A journey of thousand miles begins with a single
step”.
5. Fellow graduates,
Do you remember the day we all first met here at St. John’s?
6. What were we all doing?
7. Yes .Crying, frowning and reluctant to leave the hands of our parents and enter our
school premises.
8. But tell me now, how would we have learnt, if we’d stayed home?
9. It is hard to realize that today is our KG graduation day.
10. Looking back over the past three years brings up a lot of good fond memories.
11. We have played, learned and grown together.
12. Made lots of friends and fun too.
13. Learnt A, B, C ‘’s and 1 2 3 ‘’s,
14. How to spell our name, Phonics, oral counting,
15. How to hold pencils and crayons the right way,
16. Practiced and learnt cursive writing,
17. Identified shapes, colors, body parts, animals, plants.
18. recited rhymes and told stories.
19. We actively participated in inter and intra school competitions. .
20. We relished our tiny tot’s club activities where we had events like,
Coloring,
Rhymes recitation,
Fancy dress competitions,
Story enactment and many more.
21. We also learnt a variety of fitness techniques like
Egyptian dance,
Chinese dance,
Mass drill,
March past and aerobic exercises too.
22. We had special study trips to different places.
23 In short, we learnt something new every day.
24. We were thrilled when our teachers encouraged us with stars and cones.
25. it’s the right moment to extend our sincere thanks
To our teachers and head teacher mam, who put up with our
Bad moods,
The tears,
And the complaining.
26. to our teachers, and head teacher mam,
Thank you for unselfishly sharing
Your time, Talent and knowledge with us.
All what you did for us, went beyond the call of duty.
You took the time to explain things,
Sometimes repeatedly because we weren't paying attention.
Thank you for encouraging us often and being our friend.
27. To our parents, thank you for supporting us in more ways than it's possible to count.
You dragged us out of bed each morning,
Made sure we were fed and clothed for school.
You herded us out the door to the bus stop or drove us to school.
You helped us with homework.
Thank you for all your love and care.
28. We love you correspond uncle and principal mam.
Thank you for making school about more than just classwork.
You ensured that we were safe and sound always.
You were always behind the scenes motivating us by your inspirational thoughts.
You were really bothered for our good hand writing and healthy dieting.
You helped us learn the importance of discipline.
Thank you for providing us a very pleasant surroundings.
29. Last but not the least we thank our Lord Almighty for helping us complete our KG.
30. One word ‘thank you’ means ‘much more’.
31. As C.S Lewis says,
” Isn’t it funny
How day by day
Nothing changes
But when you look back
Everything is different “.
32. Yes, we are different today, grown up and not the same as we entered our school.
