STARTING - Tuesday April 2, 2024 @ 8:00am PST and
ENDING - Friday April 5, 2024 @ 11:59pm PST
After the application period closes, HACA will perform a random lottery drawing of applications
received. Once applicants are selected for the lottery, preferences will be applied, and applicants will
be placed on the applicable waitlist(s). No applicant has the right to be listed on the waitlist, or to any
particular position on the waitlist.
