I did not know it was xx texting


I did not know it was xx texting. There is not way
to contact them back. You cannot reply to their
emails AND yoru email gets HIJACKED. YOu
cannot use your email for any other website sign
ups . In the same hour, I applied to clickworker.
It said my email was already taken. I applied to
transcript .. something. It said my email was
already taken . THis textfactory asks for your
skype ID and all of that. I was trying for online job
ops and all it is are scam ops. I should have
researched frist instead of listing to a utuber.

Thieving Lots
There should be room for zero star, because
that's exactly what they deserve. The worst
company on earth. Bunch of unorganized bandits
doing as they please and wasting people's
precious time and effort. This company should
be canceled ASAP.

Biggest trash company ever


Biggest trash company ever. There training
session, which at every normal company lasts
maybe 1-2 hours is going on for days now. The
support only right some generic buslshit and
calls it a day too. So incompetent and stupid, it
is unbelievable. Shall their company Fuc

STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY


STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY. I agree
with the people who gave this a one star rating.
The moment they saw you are doing really well,
they will just find a way to deactivate your
account. Texting factory gave me 3 accounts to
work onto. US, AU and CA. I asked one of the
coaches for the reason of my deactivation and
he said it was because the US division disabled
my account due to "poor quality messages" even
though I have never received any bad feedbacks
on that account. When asked why was the AU
AND CA accounts got deactivated as well, he
said they needed to disable it as well in line with
the company policies which doesnt really make
any sense to me. DON'T APPLY HERE AND
LOOK SOMEWHERE ELSE

So far my experience as been great


So far my experience as been great, I've read
alot of bad reviews though saying that my
account will eventually be shut down for some
silly reason, I'm hoping that doesn't happen and
will give a update if it does.
I have a fantastic coach who is helping me . So
far I'm very happy.

SCAM ALERT!! SCAM ALERT!!


SCAM ALERT, please trust these negative
reviews and listen to me!! After applying and
going through with the process I get SEVERAL
MYSTERIOUS CHARGES ON MY CREDIT CARD
about 30 of the same charges for $9.39!!! And it
sent my card into negative balance. THE
CHARGES WERE FROM A SHOP IN
AUSTRALIA, BUT HAD A NY NUMBER
ATTATCHED TO IT. READ THE OTHER
COMMENTS HERE ABOUT THEM GETTING
YOUR INFO AND SELLING IT TO THE BLACK
MARKET!!! ITS TRUE!! FRAUDULENT
COMPANY!

DEFINITE SCAM !!
DEFINITE SCAM !!
I applied for the position,I gave my personal
info..and the result was a major ghosting..
They said my application was
succesful,verified,and then ..silence.They never
got back to me ever since.

I regret it and now I'm litterally scared about the


safety of my data..

Stay away from them and don't be fooled by the


positive feedback on google,it's all staged I
guess.

SCAM
Absolutely crap. The support staff are always
rude. Half the coaches are rude and don't know
what they are doing. The moment you start
making R5000 a week or send 500 messages a
day they look for reasons to deactivate your
account. Do not waste your time working for a
company like this. They always hack into the
customers bank accounts and steal all their
money. They should shutdown. Everyone that
gave good reviews are lying and are paid to do
so. They don't even give you any chances.

Don't waste your precious time with…


Don't waste your precious time with this
supposed company. They won't pay you instead
the trainer Carina will tell you too email finance
support. No emails get responded too, but they'll
keep sending emails making it seem like their a
legit company with feedback and fake invoices.
How are you sending invoices with no pay in
someones account. It's a huge scam either to
get your personal information and/or to get you
to work for free. They are preying on desperation
and there's way more legitimate ways to make
money here in America. Don't need no scam
systems from another country. Good riddence!

If it seems to good to be true, it is!


Everything went wrong till I started making
decent money and boom account deactivated!

The feedback team called me rude because I


asked the customer to 'tell me how he can prove
that he can turn me on" which is the nature of
the chats. I had an entire back and forth with my
coach who also said they have no idea what
about that was rude.I would do between 900 to
1000 messages in a week and the minute they
saw that they started looking for reasons to
deactivate me. If you are successful with them,
do not expect to stay for a long time, they are
impractical and go against thier own rules. Worst
experience ever. I was told that I will get weekly
feedback over a period of 4 weeks, instead they
waited for 1 month later to slap me with 3
warnings all in one day at the same time. The
feedback team do not understand thier role and
there is a clear miscommunication between
departments. A massive injustice to people who
work their assess off and it counts for nothing.

Since I started working as a chat…


Since I started working as a chat operator, I have
never experienced anything negative with them.
They are transparent and straight forward to their
employees. Once you follow the rules, you do
what they want, you put more effort then i
believe you can make good money here.
you also need to be creative to get more
messages and not just replying because what
you write will either improve your rating or lower
it. If they scam me, i will let you know but right
now it's legit guys.

If I could give them zero I would. Don't work for
this company! They will always find a reason to
close your account, and what kind of a company
doesn't give chances to improve? With their
stupid rules that you aren't even aware of.
Everyone's heartless and their headquarters is
ridiculous.

I Dodged A Bullet
So I was told that I would be scheduled for a
training session after sending my information.
Well, I sent my information and no one got back
to me. I then sent another email 2 weeks later to
inquire why no one was getting back to me and
still, NO ONE responded. That is very
unprofessional! I am SO GLAD this company
never got back to me because after reading all of
these negative reviews, I see now that I DODGED
A BULLET! Save your time and just do not apply
to this company.

What went wrong is I applied to become…


What went wrong is I applied to become a chat
operator. They responded about needing my full
name, email address, form of payment and my
skype address and when I send it I will receive
instruction on completing the full training on
skype. So I sent it and it's 10 hours later and I
still haven't heard from them yet, which is giving
me funny vibes about this company, because I'm
sitting here thinking like what are yall doing
collecting people's information?

The worst company on Earth


This is the worst, most despicable company on
planet Earth. The pay is abysmal, they deactivate
your account without notice, support is basically
non-existent, and they flood your email with
some bloody nonsense. Not worth it, don't waste
your time and search for something better out
there.

I have not nor will I ever use this company seems
like there's too much negativity about it and
mistrust. As for the person who said that sexual
texting is sex trafficking that's a crock of poop, it
is called sexting it is legal not sex trafficking and
there are plenty phone sex jobs out there that
you can make money at very easily if you know
what you're doing you don't have to give your
real name or any of your personal information do
the clients. Go to the site called sexy jobs.com

coaches are stupid


Some coaches are stupid. They took weeks to
respond giving BS reasons like fsmily emergency
and 24 hours for them means 3 days especially
Coach Cher. Support also doesn't do anything
about it. And What's with the new rules every
week? It's hard to keep up and it looks like a
reason for them to deactivate accounts.

I hope Texting Factory management sees this
because one of their coaches is lousy at training
people on time.

I was told that my training would take 45 minutes


after completing the training manual; instead, it
took more than a week to finish because coach
Jane didn't care to respond or do follow-ups on
time.
The person who referred me to this job got
trained and started working the following day. In
my case, everything is just too slow. I'm still
training to date.

I can see all the terrible reviews here, but I was


willing to try it. However, coach Jane is just not
serious about doing her job.
